Hotel was in a great area and comfortable. Rooms were clean. The breakfast area however needs to be taken care of in the morning. People should clean up after themselves, however this particular weekend they did not. The hotel didn’t have the staff to clean up.

Holiday Inn always have the best beds and pillows. In the middle of the night I killed a roach in the bathroom but the room was clean. I was disappointed with the breakfast. I booked through Expedia and was supposed to have a balcony but the front desk said they would have to charge me more money. No big problems as usual.

Location was good and easily accessible. Room was clean. It did take a minute for someone to come to the front desk to check us in but we had arrived around 8:00 pm so not peak check-in time. Although the a/c unit in the room worked, it was extremely loud when it would cycle on and off to the point it would interrupt our sleep. Also the alarm clock went off at 1:30 a.m.-not sure if hotel staff usually check that when turning over a room but guess we will make a point to check it next time we stay somewhere. Breakfast was good with lots of options.

Good property and stay No coffee makers in room I had to go downstairs and get coffee every time aggravating And the swimming pool is not functional and I stayed there three days

Convenient location I SPECIFICALLY chose the hotel due to having an indoor pool and hot tub. When I asked a staff member where the pool and hot tub where he told me they were both temporarily closed. Upon checking out I mentioned this to the clerk. Her reply “hot tub isn’t closed.”

After a long drive from Texas this was the perfect hotel for our half way point to Nashville. Breakfast was awesome room was spacious for family of 5 and all staff were so friendly and helpful
