I was there 4 days and my room was not cleaned once. Wasn't sure if you have to request a cleaning each day or not.

Room was clean. Bathroom dirty. Spider webs w a live spider that welcomed me as soon as I sat on the toilet. Trash, dirt, dust and someone else’s fingernail on floor. Breakfast had oatmeal w no good toppings. The store bought pastries hard and stale. It was okay but no good fresh fruit. The hot tub broke. Walkways and hallways smelled like the good smoke even though our room was non smoking. Ledge all broken facing highway. The AC Unit had dust and trash in it so that was circulating our room but it was cold air so that was my plus! Bed was comfy and pillows. Didn’t smell clean had no smell so I couldn’t tell if they were used previously or even freshly laundered. Overall okay for last min booking of trip.

Jacuzzi didn’t work. Staff was kinda rude.

The a/c in 214 was noisy

Staff knocked on our door at 9:40 PM, asking about my name. I showed him a copy of the reservation, with my correct name on it, they still didn't get it right in all the text messages thereafter. Several black garbage bags outside the window. I will forward this to corporate.

Staff said Hot tub had been broken for 3 weeks already and were unsure when it would be fixed. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel for our softball nationals weekend. The breakfast was “ok”. They had no bowls for cereal or oatmeal so we had to use the coffee cups in the lobby area. The bathtub in our room was falling apart. The bottom of the tub was very unsteady. Almost felt like it was rotted underneath and was very squishy.

Housekeeping uses the same elevators as the guests, and there is only one elevator. Understandably they have a job to do, but they shouldn't be hauling trash through the same elevators as guests. Conveniently located.

No hot tub. Flooring in bathroom, once wet, was extremely slippery.

Most staff was very nice however breakfast was always out of something and you had to wait to get it (ie milk, waffle mix), we stayed 5 days they did not refresh our room once, conditioner and Kleenex empty. Staff member called me and was getting loud and upset about their own mix up. I brought towels down to get fresh ones day 4 and I was told to bring them back up and leave them in the hall. They sat there for 2 days with our garbage. Very mediocre stay except for the kind staff the first 3 evenings and days.

We stayed for 2 weeks during the kids world cup, and we had service every 3 days meaning we had to take out our own garbage daily had to ask for towels daily. Staff wasn't helpful at all, couldn't even get a printed receipt not mention that the rooms were $200 a night.

This is the first ever review I am writing. It was a terrible room location right across from the pool and ice machine. beds were noisy and breakfast was empty with 45 min left leaving us little sleep and no breakfast. This was after we were moved from the jacuuzi room I ordered because this one had two beds. After playing our game and getting to the room it was the same setup one bed and a pull out couch just like the other room was without the jacuzzi tub I had paid for. Can you say scammed. tired and a 5.40 am wake up we went to bed or at least tried with noise lasting well into the night from the pool area and ice machine. By no way worth what we paid. Very disappointing

Cons: alot of workers love on the property. Amil a worker propositioned me for sex. The housekeeper Jaya told me to wait the first time I asked for towels while she sat on the floor on the phone was rude and very unprofessional after I asked her an hour later. Mohammed was trying to lure me into another room with a Jacuzzi for a few hours when I stayed the Jacuzzi by the pool was out of order which to me was very uncomfortable. Amil is creepy and workers were all outside most of the time smoking and what looked like totally moving into the property with crates of blankets etc. Will not be returning. EVER!!!! It's the workers that make you feel uncomfortable. Breakfast was descent but same food everyday.

My room was super clean and the staff were nice 10/10

The room set up was nice Dirty stains on the shear curtains. Crappy mudding job on wall fixes. It looked really bad with paint on it. Should look more professional and finished.

The experience was very traumatizing. I called the corporate hotel support number and was transferred to management but nobody ever answered and there was no option to leave a message. I do feel like it needs to be reported.

The room was very clean the staff was very nice the breakfast was amazing

When going to shower, the water would not get hot. I let the water run for 10 minutes and then ended up taking a cold shower. The following day, this was better. Also, there was a two inch lip leading into the bathroom on the floor that was a trip hazard. It should have been either fixed or a bright color to call attention to it. Our room was not cleaned the second day and when we arrived back to the hotel at night, had to call down for towels and wait for them to come so we could shower.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, a decent budget friendly choice. Ran out of hot water before my shower.
