Quality Inn near Northtown Mall & National Sports Center

I had a great experience! They were able to accommodate us when the room next to us had a dog that was barking nonstop. Great welcoming staff!

The stsff were friendly but the property was run down. the room furniture, carpet and duvet had stains.

The only thing good about the stay was it was cheap. The beds were very uncomfortable the refrigerator rattled in its enclosure thru the whole stay. There was no sitting chair for the table that was there if you planned to have a meal there in your room. The air conditioner did work well but it was noisy. The parking lot is always full when I drive by it and they do take pets so that is one pro. I myself will not stay there again. It was just uncomfortable to stay in.

Old and outdated building. Shower head sprayed sideways, carpet very dirty, uncomfortable bed, safety bar reattached in bathroom, visible caulking in bathroom, stale water sitting in coffee pot, no coffee pods in room, broken screen on windows, everything smelled of smoke.

Breakfast area was made crowded by several large boxes/items sin part of the room.

Clean. Convenient. Hospitable staff. Everything I want in a stay. I recommend the hotel to anyone on s budget.

I would suggest you do not list this property. The staff should be let go and the building should be demolished. Quality INN business should take away its endorsement as soon as possible.

Rooms were NOT clean. Sticky bathroom floor, dirty carpet not vacuumed in sometime, hairball on floor, stains on walls, stains on curtains, hair on bed sheets. No klenex. One toilet paper roll and the other toilet paper holder was on the bathroom skin when we arrived. Air conditioner with black substance on grate. Black substance on bathroom fan. Our family had 4 rooms at this location and all rooms in similar poor state.

Location Too many people living in hotel

It was very quiet at night. Room was kind of sketchy. Folks must smoke in motel. Was pretty smelly of cigarette smoke. Staff was friendly and helpful!

The staff at check in was kind. When I asked if the hot tub and pool were available, he indicated that the pool had an issue and the hot tub was removed awhile back. He asked if I still wanted to check in. We did. The room was clean but the hallways had an obvious marijuana smell everywhere. The bathroom fan on the ceiling had a towel stuffed into it…didn’t investigate. The breakfast worked out only because there was a waffle machine. No fruit was available. The other options were bread slices, egg patties, and sausage patties. There was syrup everywhere and the juice was out of order. There was signage that the food couldn’t go to the rooms and that we would be charged extra if it did. The paper towel dispenser wasn’t working at the breakfast area and no one was around. I managed to pull paper towels out from the bathroom electric dispenser to wash off the tables. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Pool was closed and was not disclosed on the web site. I would have gone somewhere else if i had known.

The room had no cups , no coffee , There was no breakfast as they said.

Cleanliness is bad 4 days no room cleaning when ever I tell them no show up except last day after going back and back
