location we had to bring our own luggage in and out of the hotel with a staircase in the middle that forced us to carry the luggage up and down and also on the floor itself there is a bunch of stairs which is cumbersome

The location is perfect downtown Copenhagen. The ambiance is very nice, the lobby, bar and breakfast area excellent. We also appreciated the wellness area and the sauna. We booked a medium sized room with city view. We got a room in the attic with a sloping ceiling and actually no proper window. After complaining we got another room the next day that was quite smaller but with a window. I would claim that a room in the attic with no view and no proper window should be categorized as such.

Perfect location , lovely interior and helpful staff. Too pricey for what the hotel actually provides in terms of room size and services. The AC is very weak , put that in mind before booking.

What a cool, fun hotel. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was abundant and especially good. Having a bar and lounge area was a plus. Shower was large. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Mini fridge candy bars and beer was free! Wow.

The hotel has a very creative design, that I liked to experience. I booked two medium rooms: one was good in size with a large couple bed (maybe king size), but the other one was tidy, with a small couple bed and low ceiling. The location is excellent. There were stairs in the middle of the aisle to access both rooms which is a bit uncomfortable when you arrive tired after a long trip. I didn't book it in advance since I had to move dates, so I think it was overpriced compared to what it offers and to other hotels, but I guess it depends on how early you book it. They don't clean the rooms during your stay, you have to ask for it in the reception. I understand that washing towels daily is unnecessary, but cleaning toilets and trash is a matter of hygiene, so I don't understand why you should ask for something that doesn't harm the environment at all... The last day, I dropped a box behind the bed and when I moved it, there was tons of dust between the bed, the nightstand and the wall, so I got a very bad impression.
