Excellent location in the heart of Copenhagen, very nice staff, and lovely breakfasts. Also the rooms in the back are very quiet The rooms are a little on the small side — there could be more space to unpack instead of an overpriced and unnecessary mini-bar for which they take a large deposit

The location, the design of the hotel, size of the room, the high quality breakfast Rooms are not very soundproof. We had the one bedroom suite. Difficult nights when you have kids above. Make sure you ask for the top floor

The staff was friendly and spoke english, which was helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Furniture and bathroom were modern (as in not dated). Location was awesome. Walked to Nyhavn, the metro, and the Rosenborg castle. The shower dripped all night and we couldn’t figure out a way to stop it. The rug in the room was worn, dirty looking, and sort of gross. Wore my shoes around the room for sure.

It’s a cozy, clean, chic hotel right in the center. Location is very convenient if you’re coming as a tourist and planning to walk or bike around the city all day long. It’s so well located that I would stop by the hotel during the day to drop my stuff off. Eventhough I booked the smallest room it was an ok size for me not sure smallest room would be ok for two people though it might be a little tight. Amazing breakfast and great amenities. I loved the slippers in the room. :)) staff is very nice.

Location amazing Too dim. Black everywhere and so dim that had to use phone light just to read menus even after daylight! Hall so dark I had ti use a flashlight even during the daytime. Great potential but needs a refresh on interior design.

Proximity to all of the places we wanted to see. The staff were excellent. Wished it had a hot tub after all that walking.
