Practical, clean, good value for money in the heart of Copenhagen. Nothing fancy whatsoever yet effective for a short stay where we wanted to spend our money on doing things.

Location Everything else. Strong motel 6 vibes. Tiniest room I have ever stayed in. Clogged shower drain flooded bathroom. Staff slow and someone while we were waiting had missed their first night and the hotel was telling them to repay for their following nights and pretending "no one is authorized to talk about this transaction..." Insufficient linens and pillows, both my spouse and I work up with sore backs and neck pain. Even with the extra pillows creatively stashed under the bed to avoid cost... Just a cheap small miserable hotel.

Excellent central location for an affordable price. Well isolated for sound too. The digital key on our phone gave us quite some stress - only I had installed the app, so my husband didn't have a key, and we took lots of pictures which meant my battery was dead every evening and we weren't sure we'd get back in the room. Please offer a room key to avoid this type of stress. It was also less than ideal that we could only enter the double bed from one side, so that my husband had to crawl over me for his morning run.

Very good location to stroll around Copenhagen. The bathroom is located in the middle of the room with glass walls. There was an issue with water drainage and therefore the room smelled.

Location was really close to metro and close to really nice resturants and the centre of town. They don't refresh the towls unless you ask.

Location was great! We took the Metro most places and did several excursions and shopping in the area. The room's are very tiny but we honestly did not spend much time in the hotel at all. Staff cleaned every day. Front desk guys could have been a little nicer. I had brought some pastries down to them as a thank you, but unfortunately they were tossed in the garbage quickly after.
