Great location snd staff

Great location, compact and clean

The hotel staff member who welcomed us was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional, and made us feel very uncomfortable. His attitude toward us was inappropriate and felt discriminatory. He did not give us any choice regarding the room and instead assigned us a smaller room without properly explaining or offering alternatives. The room was extremely small, the cleanliness was not satisfactory, and the overall experience was very disappointing. The way we were treated by one of the staff member made the situation even worse. We expected a much higher level of professionalism, respect, and hospitality.

Breakfast was amazing! Love the never ending specialty coffee drinks! Twin beds!! My sister & I had to get 2 rooms because we prefer sleeping in separate beds! That was one big disappointment with not accommodating this!

Fantastic location & easy to check in & out of the property. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff were very friendly & helpful, loved our stay & would highly recommend it. Mini fridge wasn’t cooling items & the ac didn’t change temp, but it was cool enough during our stay.

Everything, the location, value for money and it is safe and clean. High tech system especially the very handy ipad where you have controls of the lights and curtains and AC is perfect for the hot summer At least provide cutlery and cups in the room for guest use

The second room we took was very ok 526. Breakfast was good, namely the cream cheese and the eggs in the pan. Roberta and Sebastiano were great support. We got room 307 first, which had a very hard blowing airco system, even after trying to control it, it didn't become weaker. We thought it would be the same in all rooms so we didn't report it. Later on, on the third day of 5 the ventilation system began to make unstoppable noise and the staff assigned us room 526 which had a very soft comfortable blower airco system which didn't blow over the bed but out towards the feet of the bed. I personally missed the standard reception where I don't need to click anything and have a friendly face to face contact with the hotel assistant. The current system is designed to avoid contact and to do it self-service.

Great location The designer appeared to have visited other hotels and decided they could do better. Let’s be very clear, a bad enclosed on three sides is just a bad idea

Check in was easy. The room though small was very modern and comfortable. The location was excellent. Right across from the City Hall Plaza, steps away from the Metro Station and easy walking distance to the main train station. Nothing. I was a great place especially for a solo traveler.

The location and the staff were excellent, and my score would have been far worse without them. The bed was appalling. The positioning meant that it was three sides enclosed, meaning that you had to climb and scrabble onto the bed. Fine when you're twenty or thirty - but almost impossible for my wife & I who are both in our seventies. Furthermore the bed was rock hard. Last night we contemplated sleeping on the floor, before deciding there was insufficient floor-space. Both of us have come home with aching limbs because of that bed! On top of this was the noise. A loud club, or live band until midnight and then emergency sirens throughout the night. There appeared to be little in the way of sound proofing. On arrival this room was recommended to us by the check-in staff - why? This trip was to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary and was ruined by the bed & the noise; we got no sleep for three nights.

Great hotel in Central Copenhagen. Very close to the metro and the train station. Clean rooms. Nice and helpful staff At least our room was pretty small.

The hotel was prewarned that we would arrive late but getting inside the locked building was hard work. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Not one cup or glass provided in the room Not impressed with very small sink in the main living area and outside of the bathroom

Good location. The room was clean. Service from the staff was great and the lobby is big and comfortable to spend some time. The shower is big enough with good water pressure. The room is very small, not enough space to open two trolley suitcases. There is no coffee machine.
