No fan no good windows very bad experience with this hotel no good staff

The guy at reception did not even try to check if there was room available for us, We came 1h earlier... there was no hook or shelf for your clothes in the common bathroom?!?!

Short distance to city center Our rooms were not cleaned when we arrived (dirty along the baseboards, dirty mattresses, etc.). When we booked these two rooms at the hotel, we did not realize that the toilet and shower were shared with other rooms. It is possible that we should have checked more carefully, but the photos online do not show clearly enough that the toilet and shower are shared. I can also see that other guests have reported the same issue. In any case, when the toilet and shower are shared, the toilet and shower must be cleaned thoroughly.

You have to pay for the wifi

It’s really near to a underground station, it has a 7/eleven and a netto two blocks away It wasn’t really clean, but it wasn’t so dirty. But I felt uncomfortable when I had to go to the bathrooms. You can find internet all around the city for free, why the hostel do not have free internet?

A guest kitchenette open until late evening and a small rug around the room bathroom sink is all that's missing. Paid WiFi was a bit of a let down, but seems to be the norm here.

Lobby and stairways smell awful. You have to pay for WiFi. Staff closes hours early every night, so if you are trying to check in after like 6pm, good luck.

There is a big and good supermarket in front of the appartment It's quite close to the city center. You can go there just walking. A metro station is just 5 minutes walking from the apartament The photos you can see in booking are not accurate. While seeing those pictures everything seems bigger and more spectacular than it is in reality. Despite of that, the apartment is confortable and met our needs When I made the reservation it wasn't clear to me that the desk closes at 17pm. The hotel said they are available until 23pm but at 17pm the desk closes and you have to call them to access to the apartment (I don't really know how good is that way because I arrived on time to be attended in person in the desk)

Bed was comfortable. Filthy bathroom floors. Staff not friendly or helpful. I asked reception for hot water so I could make tea and I was told it would cost 20 kroner. Proximity to attractions is a little too far to walk. Thankfully we were able to rent bikes.

I couldn't find the hairdryer in the room - probably there was no hairdryer. There were spider webs in the room.

Unfortunately the bed was rather low, and springy. TV in the room didn't work as it couldn't connect to a signal

Extra cost for Wifi, would not hold my bags the final day after checkout. Once there was no soap in the shower.

I had low expectations about this place due to the low score. However, it turned out to be better than I expected. I love the location, and the room was clean.

WiFi needs to paid.

Parking was tricky. Tiny spaces and someone had parked over the line making it difficult for us. The inside was old and dirty.

The hotel's location is fine, as it's close to the metro station. We stayed in an apartment, which was comfortable. Overall, the hotel feels outdated and needs renovation. The cleanliness did not meet expectations. Additionally, the apartments are located across the street, which is inconvenient, especially when handling luggage. There was no internet access in the apartments, and not a single working TV channel. I couldn’t understand the point of having TVs there at all.

Staff were friendly.

The location was great The main problem was the bathroom, especially the shower that kept leaking and water moved around. Also the pillows were not that comfortable.

Good location, free parking, No kitchen. No access to microwave during night hours.
