Nice and modern hotel Towels are too old, there was not even a bottle of water waiting for us in the room. There is very little flexibility when you need something out of schedule

Fabulous hotel, good sized room with luxurious en-suite. Breakfast offered extensive vegan, continental and traditional options. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The option to leave out luggage at the hotel as we had a late flight was an added bonus. Nothing

Radission Radission CPH I would also like to add a few more points about our stay: The room was quite small, and in our opinion, it was not really appropriate for the price we paid. There were no slippers provided in the room, which was inconvenient. The water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak. It would be better if the water pressure could be stronger. The parking arrangements were not very convenient for guests. We think the hotel could manage the parking situation better and make it more convenient for guests. The public restroom for hotel guests was very far from our area. It felt as if it was hidden away somewhere, making it difficult for guests to find and access. These are simply our honest comments based on our experience during this stay. We hope the hotel can take these points into consideration and improve the guest experience in the future We also felt that the housekeeping service did not pay enough attention to detail. During our stay, we had to ask for additional towels because they were not provided properly. As mentioned earlier, the hand wash was completely empty throughout our stay, but it was never refilled by housekeeping. We had to use our own soap instead. Overall, we feel that housekeeping should pay more attention to these basic details, as they are important for the comfort and convenience of guests.
