Nice room except bed very uncomfortable. No air conditioning but fans and opening balcony helped. Location absolutely brilliant. Staff were really great. Uncomfortable bed and breakfast needed more options

The Hotel is excellent with very helpful staff and great amenities. It is well located to public transport and within walking distance to all sights. The " Cosy Hour " where all first drinks are free attracts all guests including families creating a wonderful atmosphere in the lounges and outdoor areas. The breakfast options were extensive and plentiful. A Great hotel and wonderful stay. Nil

The location is perfect with many good restaurants close by There is a happy hour every day when the hotel is offering a free wine, beer or drink The extra charge for the parking is quite hefty and on top of that we have been charged for 4 full days when our stay was not even 72 hours.

The location was great. A little out of the hub-bub but close enough to walk. Nearby city market was great. I was surprised by the available outdoor space. The daily happy hour with a free drink was a great little touch. Staff were fun, professional and helpful Nothing comes to mind

The location was amazing and the staff were great! The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful! I wish the pullout beds were made up before we got there as my kids were tired but couldn’t lay down until the extra beds were made up after 6pm. Maybe find out if families want the beds already made up before arrival. Otherwise, everything was great!

Wonderful interior, and hotel placed very nice. Perfect breakfast, all you can dream of. Walking distance to almost everything.

Great room, attentive staff. Spa was lovely. Comfort levels high. Decor in lobby etc really calm and comfy. Would have booked more spa treatments if they’d been a little cheaper. Also didn’t take breakfast as it was too expensive for us.

It’s aesthetically pleasing and encourages spending time in the lobby and garden areas. An oasis Steps are sometimes uneven due to the historic nature of the building. Watch your step!
