This is a really cool, quirky hotel. From the coffee shop and Art Installations in the lobby to the loft where we stayed that had a very unique tower that housed the laziest man in Copenhagen, the hotel exceeded our expectations. It is an Arthur hotel so the other hotels surrounding it were connected. We had breakfast in the Kong Arthur and it was spectacular both days with an incredibly friendly and forgiving staff (we were late both mornings :-)) The elevator is small so if you have a lot of luggage, good luck but that is not a significant gripe.

Everything. The area, the atmosphere, happy hour, the staff, literally everything. Bathroom is a little small. Nothing can be done about that though
-
Fabulous location- walking distance to the food market and to the city center.

Location was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful. We loved the patio!

Location was perfect. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Wish they would provide a regular sheet or a blanket instead of just a duvet. Woke up very hot the first night despite open windows and nice fan in the room.

Great location. Lovely room, loved the cozy hour. Would have liked housekeeping to clean earlier in the day, and breakfast on site.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We took the light breakfast in the foyer, whch satisfied us. We ate at La Rocca twice - it's the restaurant in the hotel, and it's very good. It would be good to have a safe in the rooms. There was a kettle, but no tea or coffee, which would have been nice.

This hotel was well situated, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The foyer area was very comfortable. It was easy to get to via the metro, and a good base to explore the city. Whilst we had a good stay overall, there were some things that I want to mention. There was some damage in our room - a hole in the floor - and some of the hotel did not feel well maintained in the common areas.. There was no central air conditioning and our room did get very hot. The bathroom was functional, but poorly ventilated.

location was great, good to have parking available, though somewhat expensive; the breakfast was offered but seemed quite expensive at 35 Euros for a breakfast buffet per person so we went to the open market nearby instead. The staff was nice. the hotel is a bit like a labyrinth, takes some getting used to the space. but overall, all clean, nice we faced the inside courtyard, that kept the room cooler since it was a rare warm day that the breakfast was so expensive. parking was expensive, but then, it was for the full next day. the layout was a bit difficult for finding our way after parking.
