The staff were exceptional. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were the perfect size. Having a glass of wine on the rooftop terrace, the central location within walking distance to many sights and the off street parking were fantastic! Would most definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotel Nora for a lovely stay.

We were very impressed with the personalised breakfast, as a way of cutting down food waste

The roof terrace. Breakfast. Staff friendly Bathroom a bit cramped and with how toilet fitted in corner
-
Close to where we want to be During the heat wave it was tough to get ventilation at night. Would suggest that the property consider investing in electric fans as with global warming this will only get worse.

Perfect Location, rooms facing the backyard, extremely helpful personnel, clean and new-ish Price higher than other options

The rooms are good with decent sized bathroom. The roof top terrace is lovely, even better with the free glass of wine at 5pm. Breakfast is ordered the night before and is very good The road it is on is not great but the rooms are at the back so you aren't aware of it. The road opposite has great bars and restaurants

Place was not bad, check in process was easy No 24hrs concierge. If there is any issue must be before 10pm or you are stuck. To be honest I was a bit disappointed with my stay. On my second night the air conditioning was not working. I went downstairs, to the cocktail bar, seeking some help. What they told me is to unplug and plug back to the electricity, but if would not work to go back down. I went all the way to the 5th floor found out there was no plug on show, then went all the way back down so the bar attendant just said I would have to wait till day after for the reception to open. I was furious! Why he did not say on the first place rather than make me go up and down like an idiot? I spent an horrible night, sweating in a £300 a night hot room!!! Secondly I asked the room to be cleaned yesterday: I was left with toilet rubbish full, room rubbish full, no shampoo or shower gel, tea mugs dirty! What sort of housekeeping is that?! I believe not even the floor was cleaned. I went to reception to get toiletries but I never was offered a clean mug! All that I got was an “I am sorry” which will not give me back the bad hot night I had! Unfortunately these issues will go to my review, as it was not only 1 isolated problem. The hotel was fully booked and I believe that the basic of the basic was to have a night porter, as problems do not choose time to happen.

Excellent location. Rent a bike from nearby shop & all of Copenhagen is within easy ride. If you don’t get to the hotel before 10pm and need a key - then you may be out of luck. Just be aware of that if your flight is delayed etc. I met a new incoming guest who could not access their room after around 10pm.

Excellent location, ten minutes cycle to most places we wanted to go, nice restaurants nearby (we liked the Brazilian, the Ethiopian and the dumpling restaurants). It was easy to hire a bike a bike on the road nearby, we did a couple of whole day hires and a few shorter hires too. There was a yard in the hotel where we could park the bikes. And a lift to take your luggage to your room. I had a fold out bed while my teens shared a double with two separate duvets. Both beds were very comfortable. We had breakfast in the hotel on the first day, it was very tasty but my teens wanted a more relaxed mornings so I bought bits from local shops and we ate in our room, there is a fridge, table, chairs and a kettle. We also loved the rooftop terrace, especially early evening for a glass of wine. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our shower wasn’t draining properly and this was dealt with quickly and with no fuss. Lastly we could store our luggage in reception for our last morning so we could go on one last trip. Nothing. Everyone was very happy.

The staff were lovely. Hotel is walking distance to the centre of the city. There is a bus stop half a block from the hotel and the metro is about a 10-12 minute walk away. Getting to and from the airport was very convenient. There are several small grocery stores and restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again. Nothing, it was fantastic.
