Sleep in Heaven hostel & bar

Showers were over flooded and leaked outside to the communal sinks, turning the whole room into a grimy, communal bathtub. I have never felt dirtier after a shower.

Room was very clean and both enough to relax. Staff were friendly. The shower head in common shower room was not functioning well. Also the locker in the room was broken. These are not crucial but I felt s bit uncomfortable.

The staff is quite friendly The showers were either broken, clogged…the water would leave the shower and get on my shoes and other things that were left outside. Also the bunk beds have no curtains so there is no privacy. People can see you all the time

The staff was that I talked to was really nice and tried to explain very well the self checkin instructions which I really appreciate It’s a very old hostel and for the same price you can find a lot more better in the area

It was noisy at night and hard to dial in a comfortable temperature in the room.

Super friendly staff. I loved the common area. It was very cozy and looked nice. You have area with tables to eat, there's anotber area for working and also couches to chill. You can even play a game of pool if you wish to. The whole decoration gave me good vibes and all I want from a hostel -

Beds were comfy and shower facilities were good enough. When I visited there was construction going on, so there was no WiFi, no common area to store food or get work done, basically most of the things you expect in a hostel weren't there. I didn't mind too much except I expected that this would have been told me when I booked it instead of the day of check-in. Having no WiFi or area to eat food except my room wasn't very convenient

The stuff I'm not familiar with hostels, but it wasn't bad. It wasn't comfortable to sleep, specifically with six people in the room and one of them snoring, lol.

The rooms and shower areas here are quite clean, and it's also very quiet at night, making it a perfect place for travelers to rest. Actually, the location is not very convenient. I had to walk a long distance from the station with my suitcase to get here. The front desk and the room are not together, which adds extra inconvenience and was quite confusing at first. Besides, there is an extra charge for storing luggage here. At first, I thought all European youth hostels had this rule, but later when I stayed in many other youth hostels and hotels, only this one charged for luggage storage. The other youth hostels and hotels provided free luggage storage services for guests.

the hostel needs lots of maintance works, looks very old and there are construction works on a side from 7 am - impossible to sleep.

Good value stay, the room and bathroom are clean.

The matress was way too old. I could feel the bed structure in the middle of the bed

I chose the cheapest option in Copenhagen so I can't really complain that much and I'm also aware that Denmark is one of the most expensive countries but the hostel doesn't provide a lot of things for its price. I loved my roommates but I didn't feel comfortable in my bed, also the toilets were dirty and the showers were pretty cramped. As I said, considering Danish standards it's a really good value for money, but still I think guests deserve more than what they're given. ?

In online chat, they answer quickly. It's a bit far from the city center

I was set to sleep in the top bunk bed on the second floor in the shared bedroom. The ceiling is so low that I can't sit up straight (My body just a normal size). Cannot even stand up straight. I accidentally knocked my head a couple of times.
