Location and staff Nothing

- Location is amazing! Historical city center - We had a view on the canal and it made the room totally worth it - Hotel staff was very polite and inviting, we had a great experience with communication in general. Very warm and welcoming :) - On photos on the website this room category was demonstrated with a large floor-to-ceiling window, but in reality we had 2 small windows. - If you want to go a lot to the shopping area, this hotel is a bit far.

Cleanliness and location Sheets on beds uncomfortable

Loved everything I would have liked a bit more space for hanging and putting away our clothes. In addition some shelving under the sink or on wall in bathroom as it was very hard to put toiletries anywhere but the floor.

Breakfast is good in general. We used bottle of the water and been charged for it . No water offering in the room to guests at all. I mentioned in the above . Overprice for the hotel 3 stars but with a good location.

The quirky nature of the rooms, the wooden beams, the fantastic location and the excellent staff. The only thing I would suggest is offering bath mats for the shower - the tiles are very slippery when wet.

Location - amazing! Staff at the front desk were incredible. No place to put suitcases - so odd for a hotel. It would be so much better to have a bench for luggage instead of the small couch. The server Claudio that was working at El Molo on Thursday, 30 July - he made a ROYAL MESS out of our bill and then asked us to pay it even though it was wrong. Then was huffy and rude when we declined. Ruined our night honestly, even though the dinner was amazing.

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff. Great position.

The staff are exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Our teenage son fell ill during our stay (nothing to do with the hotel!) and they went out of their way to find us rooms when we thought we might need to stay an extra night, over a very busy weekend. Can’t praise them enough.
