The mattress, pillows, and blanket were so comfortable. The place was very clean, the location was perfect, and the pricing was very reasonable One of the toilets wasn’t working well, and the capsule would get pretty hot even with the ventilation fan on

great location, clean and comfy capsules
-
I had bug bites
-
Is ok the place but the location 10/10
-
Only the location The capsul system is horrible, the air system was incredible noisy, there were no plugs to recharge phones, bathrooms were dirty and 3 out of 5 were out of order
-
keypad system is bad UI.
-
Great affordable and near everything super spectacular to stay in a place of such history and culture absolutely loved it
-
Probably need one more pillow in the capsule

A very good location. Capsule rooms are not isolated, it was possible to hear everyone around and structure is weak that in other rooms were moving around and we were also shaking ?
-
Better than sleeping on a bench Not enough common areas. Bright LEDs in the capsule and not very clean.
-
Only one toilet

Nice staff, nice location. Don't plan on sleeping unless you like sleeping in earthquakes — the pods are shaky, noisy and have poor sound isolation. I hardly slept at all as the people above me were constantly shaking, kicking and manovering. Asked if I could have a late checkout as I didn't sleep and was charged extra for it of course. Then while I was trying to sleep the pod above was cleaned out with following rukus and shakes. Hard pass, even with the location.

Clean and in a good location. Super hot, impossible to sleep. It was still kinda noisy.

I received spam messages from people who told me i had to click on some links to approve my reservation. This happened not only once, but happened 3. Sharing/not being able to keep guests datas private is very unproffessional.

Had some issues with the capsule door locking me out but the front staff was kind enough to give me another capsule while he tried opening the other capsule where all my belongings were locked. It could have been a bit more cleaner, specially in the bathroom and the toilet.

The price is well worth what you get. This is a hostel like "hotel". There are no receptionist and you must make sure you check in the day before. It is a container bed, I slept in the double one, had no issues. The keypad was kinda just okay. Had to enter the code multiple times, I was not alone. We did get in though. It is a hostel and could be a little cleaner. Again it is well worth value. I would not use as a extended stay but perfect for a night or two.

I like the location. Nothing

Location, and that's it. Still 7 minutes walk from the Metro, but close to many bars at Nyhavn bay area. Everything else. Power in the cabinet not working, you will be left UNPOWERED and there is no comfortable place you can charge your stuff. The mixed gender rooms.. oh god. They even allow couples in the same capsule, which some of them made questionable sounds at night. Why is this happening? Oh maybe, it is because there is absolutely no rules on this place whatsoever, so people will get loud at night and constantly reopen those creeky doors. Gurl...have you heard about WD40? Also for being this expensive, this is the place of Bring Your Own Stuff. No towel, no soap, no other toiletries. Just water and toilet paper.. that's it! You have been warned. If you wanna store your luggage before check-in or rent a towel, they'll make sure they charge a hefty price for that! Overall I felt robbed. The owner should discover capsule hotels in Japan and should be ashamed of the quality the other could provide.

Great location!! Right in front of Nyhavn. The beds in the capsules are comfortable and the check in was easy. The bathrooms were shared between female and male, there weren’t many toilets or showers. The cleaning in the toilets were not as good as I had expected

Even being in the private room, I could hear most of what was happening in the building. Throughout the morning, I heard people waking up, opening doors, walking around. I also didn't like having to download an app to open my door, I'd prefer a physical key.
