LOVED EVERYTHING!!!!!!

Easily accessible by public transport, clean, and safe. I appreciated that you could buy snacks and drinks there without needing to go somewhere else.

The concept is intriguing, though it is basically a hostel with more privacy and amenities It wasn’t as clean as I had read in the reviews. The carpet in our pod actually smelled like a gym. Not bad just not exceptional.

Pods are spacious and the bed is very comfy..bar and hangout space is great. Good coffee. Convenient location. Bathrooms could use more frequent cleaning. Especially during morning rush

Exactly what you need for a couple nights for one person, and the sauna is legit

Social space was clean and cozy, automatic check in and out was efficient, communal kitchen was very handy, bathrooms were large and very clean, the hubs were very quiet, staff provided great travel recommendations.

Loved Cityhub. Such a cool aesthetic. Staff are super friendly and rooms and facilities were tidy and clean. Location is central, 12-15m walk to Central Station. There are metro stops within 3-5m walking distance. Water, towels, and locker rentals complimentary. It's not the cheapest hostel, but I think for the level of service, amenities, and location, definitely would recommend. I had an exceptional time. No complaints or negative feedback from me.

The hotel is in very central location, short walk to Metro but you can walk anywhere and able to find restaurants, cafe and grocery store within 5 mins walk. The facility has a nice public hang out space with a simple kitchen to heat up foods (no actual cooking). Everything can be self-served 24/7 using the access fob. Shared areas are always kept clean and never too busy or crowed. Good acoustical control so the space is quiet despite the rooms are pods. Staffs are very friendly and available to help 24/7. There is no chair in the pod but there is a desk so I had to sit on my luggage to work or I need to go out to the public hang out space to work. The pod has limited window space so no natural light unless you leave the door open.

Loved the atmosphere and the fact it was full of people of all ages and lots of solo travellers. Very friendly staff and the beds are so comfortable that I slept like a baby! Nothing!

Clean and relatively inexpensive. A sauna on the premises. Staff were all friendly. Slightly out of downtown. But easy enough to walk or metro everywhere.

I enjoyed all.

As a solo traveller, CityHub is perfect. I loved this place because I was both working and on vacation, so the common spaces to hang out were awesome (versus be stuck working in a hotel room). It’s so close to absolutely everything you need- trains, restaurants, the gym, etc. whatever you need is right there.

This is a great concept and well executed.

I liked the warm attitude of the personnel. Very communicative and friendly, helpful and eager to help

Kitchenette can be a bit tight, but functional.

The facilities, staff, and location were all top-notch. Now I'm furious that there isn't a CityHub in every major city in the world. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Having a kitchen available definitely helps, considering how expensive Copenhagen is. I couldn't be happier with my stay. Nothing at all.

Looks clean, well ventilated, very good amenities with a sauna btw!! At 14:00 there is also nobody there. The staff is lovely
