While we enjoyed aspects of our stay, the checkout experience was very poor. The front desk staff did not manage the process effectively, and we encountered inconsistencies in our bill that took time to correct. We also found the staff's attitude toward my husband to be rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, no sincere apology was offered until we prompted the staff to provide one. The delay caused significant inconvenience and affected our plans to catch our flight. Based on our experience, we recommend that guests verify and reconcile all charges with the front desk at least two hours before their scheduled checkout time.

Good location on the water with many things within walking distance & reception area is lovely. The lifts could not accommodate the amount of people staying there & there was no option to take stairs. Sometimes we waited up to 20 minutes to get an elevator

Great location, good facilities. Nice but expensive bar. Fresh air in the room. Check out at 12:00 is nice. Double beds were quite small. Reception so-so. Parking fee of 330ddk per day is quite juicy. Have to register to be a member to connect to hotel wifi. Hotel room interior feels outdated but clean and fresh.
