The front staff was friendly, helpful, cheerful, and attentive. The breakfast was done well and I liked the sign up sheet for it. We travel a lot and that was a first time seeing it. With those positives said.. here are my concerns which I will consider if I ever rebook at this property: the mattresses were terrible. They felt like a birds nest with no support. We stayed in room 311, but family we were visiting with also staying at the hotel had similar beds and complained as well. I also did not enjoy having no AC in the rooms. It was too warm for a family of four in a small space. We opened the door, but then bugs came into the room in the evening. If you don’t sleep well (bad bed, overly warm room temp), then it is hard to have a good next day of travel or adventures because you’re too sore and too tired. I do not know if I would stay here again because bad sleep (bad bed, too warm) can ruin a trip. I also found hair from a previous guest, stains on the mattress, and crumbs in our bed which didn’t feel very good either. We were pleasantly surprised with the extra rollaway bed for our family of four. Bad Mattress and warm room temp.

Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The mattresses and beds were extremely comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location also good. Recommended!

Tiny room, very tiny bathroom. The size of bathroom of just approx. 2.2 m2 is not what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. The bed is not comfortable. So, the room is not quite according 3 stars in Europe.

Great location and very close to public transportation. The room was huge for our family of 5! The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety.

Breakfast was quite good. Because I am using a crutch at this time, the location was a little out of the way for me. Rooms are small but adequate.
