I liked the location and it was clean. The elevator access through phone failed on one of the elevators every time I tried it
-
Its accessible for all transportation and very nice view at 7th level No good food to eat during late night arrival and breakfast is not a good option to eat for me. No hair creme for those traveler forgot to bring some.
-
Not the most convenient location, it is a little ways away from the main tourist sights. Luggage storage was not complementary and quite expensive, as was early check in. The room was fairly small.
-
Good value for the price, easy to check in and out The hotel could use some blinds in the windows and maybe clean the rooms daily without telling them to
-
Close to the station Upgraded to a room they said was much bigger and had a better view, it was a small room overlooking the train tracks. The room was dirty when I entered, and they dont clean the room during your stay. The 3rd day I took linen from the maid and changed my own sheets and bedding , to reveal an extremely pee stained mattress underneath. TV has very few channels. Very expensive for what you're getting , not really a 'hotel'

So small.Bathroom is too close to bed

The staff is amazing. Super smiling and helpful Elevator are hard to use. Dont even bother to figure out how they work with the app. Just ask the staff for physical card.

There is a locked door in the room that goes to the next room, so you can hear everything: coughing, alarms, talking etc. from your neighbour. Very strange and super uncomfortable.

- spacious room - city view at the 12th floor is nice but I dont need the view. I only paid for the upgrade because I need to early check in. - Only one pillow was provided that was almost square so you have to position your head at the center always so if you go on your side, your head wont fall off the pillow. - bed was not comfortable, a bit hard - Internet/wifi connection was terrible at 12th floor, at my room. It often gets disconnected and difficult to stay connected with only 2 wifi bar signals so I have to choice but to use my own mobile data almost all the time. - curtain is light coloured amd a bit short. Light enters the room early in the morning from the glass window. So if you are a light sleeper who gets easily disturbed by light when sleeping like me, the curtain color and length isnt the best. - Everything has to be paid.. well, yes its a business.. I checked in early at 10am.. thank you, but I have to pay 300 DKK additional because there was no available room for early check in for the standard room I booked. Thats fine, I just need to feel refreshed so I paid. I also asked if I can check out late, around 1pm, but I have to pay again another 110 DKK, which I did not avail anymore. Standard check out is at 11am. - Housekeeping needs to be requested at the reception if you want your room to be cleaned. Why not just let hang a sign board at the door knob if the guest wants housekeeping or not. Reception is a few steps walk from the main entrance. - No ramp or lift at the main entrance and there is a stair with like maybe 8 steps up from the ground floor to the hotel lobby. So if you have heavy luggage, you have to carry it. - Location is not ideal. Though the Dybbölsbro Station is near but still a 12 to 15min walk and the main bus atation is around 8-10mins walk. So if you are already tired walking around the city all day, you still have to walk back from the train/bus stations to the hotel. - Do not rely on google maps for the pinned location, it will lead you to the side of the hotel, not the front.

Lounge area comfortable! The pillows are not so nice..
-
The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well located. The check-in process was easy, and the room had plenty of natural light. Excellent value for money. Nothing in particular. Everything met my expectations.
-
Location near the city center.
-
Modern, very interesting design N/A
-
No coffee, drinking water or hot pot in the room.
-
Rooms are small, but clean and functional. I wouldn’t want to stay here with another person. But a-ok for solo.
-
Fabulous location, clean room, great quality for the price Tiny room, see-through bathroom, the app used to unlock the room and the elevators didn’t work properly so we had to ask for a room key
-
Quite compact rooms, but enough for sleepover
