Quality Inn Coralville - Iowa River Landing

The room we got smelled like mildew and nold very unclean. The sofa chair was filthy.

Safe, quiet property. Nice beds & bedding. Good breakfast.

Really great staff and the young gentleman with the glasses I don’t come there often but when I do, he’s always smiling with great energy. I didn’t catch his name but great person.

This was a great stay, basically in-town so off-site amenities are also available. A wonderful stay.

We had a first floor room. The carpet was still moist ?? whatever room deodorizer they sprayed was overwhelming. I couldn’t get it out out of my nostrils. It was late and we were tired, and I got the feeling every room was going to be the same.

Greeted pleasantly when I checked in. Then went downhill from there. Opened my door to a funky smell. Turned air conditioner up to help. Carpet felt damp when touching with bare feet. Floor caused the bottoms of my feet to turn black. Bathroom door was falling apart and unable to fully close it. (I was by myself, so didnt care if it closed.) Shower had good pressure and great hot water but the tub was stained. Good assortment at breakfast. Even had cranberry juice so I was happy. If you are looking for a cheap hotel and only one night, this one is perfect!

The only criticism I have is that some guests smoke their “grass” inside the building, and the smell can be pretty horrible in certain areas. Can’t they simply smoke outside? Not everyone enjoys it, needs it, or wants to be exposed to the smell.

Like every time I have stayed at this hotel chain, I received quality you can count on. Always accommodating! Staff was patient and helpful, providing warm breakfast bar in the morning and quality amenities. Thanks again!!

The hall had terrible odor, needs updates in room, remove carpet, new curtains. Bathroom repairs. Unless hall carpet removed and or cleaned, would not stay again.

The Room reeked of cigarette smoke and mildew; we had to go back to Expedia and ask to change our stay to a different hotel in the area. This place is the worst and also would not credit back the cost for our stay even though they agreed to do so with my wife and with the Expedia agent on the day of our arrival. Expedia on the other hand did well to provide us a credit on our account for future travel due to this. I have been a member of Expedia 20+years and this is the first time I have ever had to complain... Obviously I do not recommend this hotel. Stay away from this one!

A practical stop as we were traveling - decent value for the price!

The rooms are very worn. AC not working properly in first room, next room had curtains taped to the wall. Mattresses and bedding stained. Staff was very kind and tried to help. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel desk staff was helpful and courteous and the breakfast was decent although tables were not wiped often between guests (syrup and crumbs on every table. The room itself had an odd odor, a stained bath towel and overall rundown appearance.

I was traveling from Duluth area to Nauvoo. This was a good place to stay for the night & continue on the next day. I would consider saying there again.

Liked everything. No elevator to second floor. Friendly staff. Clean. Good waffles for breakfast.
