Location was excellent, close to main square.
-
Wifi was really bad

I should also mention that the design of the bathroom where you literally have to go inside and close the door to get to the toilet is very poor. A sliding door would be much better! Our room was number two on the 10th floor which happened to be directly below the breakfast restaurant. The scraping of chairs and tables started extremely all right and was very annoying. I should also mention that the design of the bathroom where you literally have to go inside and close the door to get to the toilet is very poor. A sliding door would be much better!

Friendly staff. I am learning Spanish and they were very patient with my attempts to speak Spanish The room was nice, but a little cold. I don't think the cental heating had been turned on yet.

Room and facilities were fine, but the highlight of the stay was the staff. Very kind and so so helpful. Beautiful location as well, some rooms with a view over the neighboring plaza

the breakfast was ok. I didn`t need the hotel to be in the city center and just couldn`t find any other hotel at that day. the worst thing is the air conditioner didn`t work well and stayed very hot during the night. plus, the air conditioner kept making big noise whole night. the elevator didn`t open when arrived. their shower didn`t have any partition.

The breakfast is usually quite simple in Argentina, probably because of the Italian influence. We had the worst breakfast during our entire trip in the country. First day the cheese was quite bad and I wasn't brave enough to try the ham and the fruits. Second day, no cheese, no ham and the fruits were the same. The hotel is old, but has a charm and it's too bad to offer such a poor breakfast.

the only thing i liked about this hotel was the location - very central It was one of the worst hotels I had stayed in for many years. It was old, dirty, and extremely uncomfortable. Cockroaches were present in the room. When I informed the receptionist about it, their response was that they couldn't take any action. The toilet would leak every time I flushed it, and the furniture seemed to be older than I am. This place should only be considered if the alternative is sleeping on the street.

There is no air con, the room is dated and dirty
-
location and view, but that’s not enough! breakfast terrible - little besides bread, cake and cereal (despite a very friendly lady working there), staff had no English, across about 7 or 8 employees - despite their marketing the hotel in English as well as Spanish. No safe in the room, no working AC in the room.

Perfect location with a beautiful view of the cathedral and main square from my bedroom window. Very helpful staff eager to practise their English language skills.
