Enjoyed our stay! Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great with a large variety of foods to choose from. We had a clean, roomy and quiet room. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and the bay. Enjoyed the courtyard to relax and visit with our friends.

Despite the room not being what we had hoped and it being noisy, it was a very comfortable room. The breakfast was enjoyable and had several options for our whole family. Check out wasn't until noon, which was nice. The hotel is in walking distance from many downtown shops and restaurants. Overall we had a good experience. It could have been better and we were disappointed that the room wasn't what we had hoped. We had brought a sound machine so the noise wasn't too awful but it could be if that bothers you. The staff was friendly but we wish they had been able to accommodate our request, especially since it had been made so far in advance.

The property and our room were very clean. The staff was courteous especially the staff that served the breakfast.

Breakfast was fantastic and varied. The place is beautiful with a cozy patio. Our family could have stayed here all week. The staff provide old school customer service. They are friendly and efficient.

Stayed here for the weekend to enjoy the NASCAR race and Coronado. Great hotel, walking distance to good shopping and food choices.

Let me start off by saying the staff was amazing and very friendly and extremely professional. My review is strictly just that Hotel property. It needs to be updated and the carpet needs to be just pulled up. At this point.— it’s old and smells very bad especially paying $600 a night(NASCAR weekend on Coronado island) .. which wasn’t typical and completely understandable because it was a event— but the parking was tight and dark in the garage. The property just needs to be updated especially for an island that’s exclusive and upscale it just didn’t match the obscure island or the neighborhood they can totally do better.. and they should especially being a corner property as well. At least upgrade the property, and maybe some of the other things that are aggravating like how loud it was! you can’t sleep at all-just invest in soundproof windows you are a corner property— and THE fire monitor hanging in the ceiling directly above the bed which was flashing green lights,— couldn’t sleep at all, and the water faucet was broken as well.

Old hotel, uncomfortable bed, “living area” couch springs were broken, pool at its deepest is 3 1/2 feet and is very small. Definitely not a $600/night hotel.

Best free breakfast we had on our trip. Tons of options including gluten free options.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. One light by bed did not turn on. There were no outlets by sides of bed to plug in chargers or anything. There was one three prong outlet on desk and all were very loose fitting, used too much. But there were the best breakfast options anywhere. Especially if you eat high protein and low carb, or if you like your carbs. Lots of individually wrapped items to go or warm up there. Also cooked eggs and sausage. Variety fruit, and juices and yogurts in fridge. Nice place.

Enjoyed my stay. Can’t wait to go back one day

The room was amazing. Got 111 and never had an issue of any kind. Great staff, easy parking . Very clean and quiet.

Room was ok, the property was clean and in a good location. Rooms do need to be updated a bit and the Wi-Fi cut out multiple times

FREE PARKING; I cannot stress how helpful this was as everywhere in San Diego charges for parking. Walking distance from Ferry Landing Shopping center, and the ferry to Seaport Village and the Convention Center. Staff is great, rooms are great, breakfast is great. Property is showing some wear and tear, but they were putting on a new roof while we were there, so good on them!

There are a few rooms right next to the busiest street on the island (3rd St). The traffic noise is quite loud. Unfortunately, I was assigned one of these rooms and I couldn't get it changed. Maybe people bring ear plugs with them, but I didn't have any.

Perfect location to walk to many restaurants. The breakfast was great! We definitely recommend to others, and we would stay there again.
