The floor of the bathroom is soft and feels like it has a hole in it. It has duct tape for repair. I’m assuming to try and prevent water to seep into the subfloor. Parking is atrocious. You have to pay for parking but they don’t have enough parking for guest’s. So you have to park on the street. Good luck with that.

I dropped my phone in an Uber and the hotel desk staff went out of their way to help me recover it. Girls that work the front desk were very helpful. Pretty nice place!

Kudos to Cheryl @the Front Desk...her professional & accommodating manner was appreciated. I had a noise issue during she was able solve providing me with a good night's sleep. The property is conveniently located to Ferry Pier as well as a fantastic brewing company & nearby restaurants within walking distance. Definitely will stay again.

We stayed at Coronado Island Inn which is across the street from their nicer sister site the Coronado Inn. I wish it said that the pool was offsite and so was check in. Due to the traffic and one way streets it’s not easy to just go from one site to the other. Parking is very limited and the best spots are in the alley so you don’t have to navigate backing out on to the busy street. You will only get 2 towel sets and coffee pods, even if you have 4 people, if I would have known this I would have asked for 2 more sets at check in instead of having to go back over. I just wish there was more info given so my time wasn’t wasted. Staff were very nice and seemed to be doing the best they could with the aging building and patch repairs. We did enjoy the great outdoor pool across the street and the cafe lights above at night were charming. They had the same lights on the patio across the street but they were burned out except for 2.

Everything worked out, staff was great

Free bicycle $350.00 a night, I shouldn’t experience Any entrance door key problems, not being the only person that experienced key issues, stayed for 2 days and had 3 sets of keys issued, I had 0 confidence, when I left the room that I could get back in at will, several other guess had the same problems. The shower curtain rod had the shower curtain hanging high, 1’ above the walk-in shower stoop, take a shower, the entire bathroom floor is soaked. Had to pay $10 a night for parking, really! This place is a sub- standard hotel, for lack of a better term, a real shit-hole!

Thank you!

The parking was a challenge because we had to be assigned a spot before we could actually check in. It had to be done via text. And check in wasn’t done at the building, we had to walk to the hotel across the street to check in. Not horrible but not convenient. The staff and the room were nice. But the wifi was terrible, since the router was across the street at the other hotel, there was practically none at this location.

Perfect location for easily walking to the Ferry Landing, downtown, creating your own trail to exercise with great views in every direction. Both Esmeralda and Ophelia provided top notch, friendly and efficient customer service from check-in to housekeeping. Happy we were able to include our pet for a reasonable fee.

Decent place to stay for a night. Or two.

Great location, spacious room, friendly staff Prices were very high the weekend we went due to local special events and last minute booking (which was unavoidable).

I love this place! I plan on booking again

I didn’t like anything about the property. It is 10 yards away from fourth Avenue, which is Coronado’s busiest street starting at 5 AM for military entrance to the base. The whole hotel shakes from loud sound systems and loud engines from the cars. The property had no Wi-Fi, broken routers and wires hanging down from the TV. The hotel is 10 yards away from Coronado’s busiest street that starts at 5 AM with loud sound systems and cars. My room also had black mold in the bathroom. Do not stay here.

Barebones spot. Small room. But perfectly fine if you are a single traveler on a budget.

Friendly helpful staff, fast service, clean rooms, good amenities and an outdoor pool. Also the Inn is only a couple blocks from the waterfront which has boutique stores, good to great restaurants, ferry service (USS Midway/downtown) and waterski rentals.

Looking forward to staying here again
