Hotel staff was very accommodating and hospitable. Lovely garden and restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. A nice base for Cortina region.

The location is walking distance to town & shuttles to mountain. The staff was considerate and helpful full. The rooms/bath room were a tad on the small but worth it with the affordable pricing.

Location and staff were exceptional. Although the facilities are not super modern, the stay was extremely pleasant. Staff go above and beyond and really do an exceptional job getting to know guests.

Owner operator facility with a drive to service. Owner actually works the desk, bar, and restaurant with family. Well worth the visit!!! Can not really say there was an issue whatsoever

Very clean, exceptionally clean. Good location, quiet. Helpfull staff No vegetable at brakfast, and for the price we payed, sauna should be allready free for guests. Guests paying extra 18,5€ / person for each entry is off....

This property has everything your heart could desire! From gorgeous sitting rooms, an intimate bar, a family style dining room and an incredible spa!! What’s not to love!? We also had an adorable balcony to take in the mountain and town views. The food is AMAZING! Simple rustic Italian dinners and phenomenal continental breakfasts with more than your heart could desire. The location is sublime next to a river with a gorgeous yard to enjoy including a fabulous play area for children with swings, a slide and a playhouse. And the staff are wonderfully accommodating and so kind.

The room was clean, free parking, and the spa is nice but you need to pay extra $15 I got the room on the fourth floor next to spa and the room is kinda small, and the restroom too was too small i had hard time taking a shower because it was a bathtub and the half of the bathtub has the diagonal ceiling so you need to bow down to take shower. They need to redesign that bathroom.

Room has been updated. Reception and dining room staff go way above expectations—so friendly, helpful, and professional. Let cation is very close to bus station and to city center.
