The resort they put me in was spider infested dirty the housekeeper and butlers were lazy. The swim up pool was missing jets it was never cleaned nor did I smell like chlorine was in there

They had a great food selection just found some dishes didn't meet the mark.

The management staff are HORRIBLE!!! They do a blatant bait and switch with the rooms. They overbook the room categories and then try to move you to another resort or give you a room in a lesser category then you paid for. This happens a lot

The food from the Flavors Restaurant and Mar Beach restaurant was never hot or even warm and the service was extremely slow. The mattress was too firm and the pillows were even more firm. Our room was nice but the lighting in the main bathroom was poor.

I’d like the fact that the staff were always available to assist at any point of my staying in the facility None

I loved the pool activities and the gym offerings. I also REALLY enjoyed the Italian and Japanese restaurants! The food was sooooo good! The room service lunch and dinner menu was also VERY expansive and quite delicious! So the person who I came with and I upgraded our room during check-in to where we were supposed to have a concierge. His name was Jormon. Besides the very first day we met, we never saw him again. I feel as though, had I not reached out to him first, I also wouldn't have heard from him during the entirety of our stay. There were two days I reached out directly. One was regarding an issue with some things we'd requested in our room that hadn't been followed through and the other was regarding an issue with our toilet. For both occasions, he was not on the premises, and directed me to another resort department (who were VERY helpful). I have been to other resorts with concierge service and their attention to detail and constant communication was A1! Additionally, another friend of ours who also had this service was overjoyed with her person. She screenshot and sent me the communication he had been providing her! He sent daily greetings and schedules of things happening around the resort. He'd also taken her on a tour of the whole place so she would know where everything was. This is the type of attention to detail and service I am accustomed to when I pay for an upgraded "Diamond" status. Beyond that aspect, the music at the club could've been a bit more "diverse." It seemed to cater more to a "specific" type of crowd.

We didn't like that the pools closed so early every night, the entertainment venues were a bit sparse and some were cheap and cheesy. We were disappointed that most of the restaurants had very limited hours and there wasn't a 24-hour option. There was a taco fiesta night where all the restaurants were closed except the Taco fiesta, and if you didn't want tacos... You were out, unless you wanted to dress up to go to the steakhouse which has a dress code. We were also disappointed that there wasn't a 24-hour coffee station of some kind. You could get coffees from the barista but they were very small and you had to wait.

It was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. Most of the food locations were great and the drinks were good. Laundry service was difficult and there was one place the food was so terrible.

food was great for resort food , views were amazing. Pictures didnt do justice I felt the service could have been a little better from my butler and some of the staff. Besides that no complaints.

I loved my plunge pool . The view wasn’t the best. I wish I would’ve got a ocean view. That the family site wasn’t more separate and I didn’t like the swim out where other people could kinda get in if they wanted to.

The pool was nice. The rooms were not clean, it was bug infested, and the transportation services were poor.

The food was delicious, the entretenig guy RICARDO was very nice all the service was great I definitely will back to the Majestic Thanks everyone

The service was not what it should have been

Very pretty resort with beautiful beach area. Our butler Stefano was great. The food was pretty good-not the best I’ve had.

The Facilites were amazing, the food also, and the staff was actually really helpful and good. Would love to be there again. also the pooil in the room was an amazing experience the only thing that was bad that the waiter in the mexican restaurant asked us to give him extra money around 10$ so they can make us the fajita on our last day, he said it was for the chef to accept

The outside was beautiful and the main entrance and surrounding areas were pristine. When I got there the guy taking the reservations made us feel like we would not be able to enjoy the full experience with the wedding party because we’re on the family side. We paid extra for the adult side and Majestic Clubs that we didn’t even use. This is our 4th time going to Cancun and this venue is extremely over priced. The room needed deep cleaning the floors weren’t properly swept and it had mold spores on the bathroom walls. The couch was rough, and both the couch and chairs needed to be steamed clean. We enjoyed hot water one night of the stay. All other days shower water was warm damn near cold. The food was ok. I’ve had better at other resorts.
