Overall, excellent stay. Bella at the front desk was extremely accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and the pool area was great for kids having the garage and the great location made our stay memorable. We will definitely be back!

they charge $15/day to park in the parking garage. Didn't mention that when they asked if I wanted a parking pass

The pool was fantastic. The rooms were clean and brand new. The staff was kind and very helpful.

bed was amazing, staff was lovely. we had to pay for parking which is ridiculous. utterly ridiculous. It did not say this in a prominent place in booking. I would not have booked there had I known. rip off. Also, not continental breakfast, also nuts. would have picked a different place had I known either of these things.

Location was fantastic! Having to pay for parking is off putting. And that could definitely be a factor next time in choosing a different hotel.

Clean Friendly stuff

The room and everything was extremely clean, my only complaint I have is the first person that checked us in was not friendly and when I asked about the area their only answer was I don’t know, she made no effort. Other than that the rest of the staff and everything about the property was excellent. I would stay here again.

I stay in this area a lot to visit family and this is the first time I've stayed here. I definitely prefer the free breakfast and rooms at the Fairfield on Highland Drive. It's usually a lot cheaper too. The windows on my room at the Courtyard were filthy. I could barely see the city. The beds and pillows are not as comfortable either. And I also find the front desk a lot more personable.

Clean property it will make a big difference

The bed was very comfortable the room was clean. The power was out all morning with no communication from the property and we missed breakfast- also they authorized 300 on our card even though we had already paid. Still holding the funds 2 days later.

Was close to where my meeting was held very clean room and friendly staff during check in and check out Extra cost for parking but understandable as it is a shared underground parking facility
