Hampton Inn Salt Lake City Cottonwood UT

Unfortunately the room smelt like outdated and gone-bad air freshener. Hit like a wall when walking into the room. Air conditioning unit sounded like it was about to explode at any moment - incredibly loud. Most the staff was friendly, except one individual at the front desk who appeared that any interaction with a guest was an inconvenience to her. The breakfast was nearly inedible and often coffee was out. Disappointing stay.

Hotel has minimal parking, and overflow is across the street in another lot. The room was clean, but the bathroom door was a sliding bard door that left a gap along the side, and offered ZERO privacy. Several outlets would not fit chargers or plugs. The beds were comfy, and the breakfast was good.

Amazing staff, super helpful

The staff was friendly and helpful! The parking right at the hotel is limited but we didn’t have any issues and there is extra parking across the street. The room and hotel were very clean. The bed was firm as most hotel beds are but was still comfortable enough! I would stay here again!

Great location and excellent value! I had a very pleasant stay. The location was fantastic, especially being close to the mountains and ski resorts. I really enjoyed being able to explore the area and go hiking nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good with a nice selection. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the money. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again. All good

Not abusy neighborhood was very quiet. Excellent, super breakfast coffee was good. Clean STAFFwas accommodating!

The biggest thing to me was that it was clean and the beds were comfortable. I didn’t have the breakfast so I really don’t know much about that. Moana was the receptionist at the front desk and I had forgotten my shoes up in the closet and called her and she had somebody bring them down and they were waiting at the front desk for me. Usually things like that are thrown away, but they kept them for me and I was very appreciative. Thank you. Great hotel!
