Makyla and all the other stuff were great and friendly. The services were top notch. Would definitely recommend 💯.

Room was clean, breakfast dining area was clean and good. The amenities were poor, no fridge or microwave. The TV service was terrible. Overall id give it a solid 2/5. The room is had was accessible and spacious.

This hotel suited our needs. The room had a bed and a bathroom. It was not very big and didn't have room for a mini fridge or microwave, but we didn't need those this trip. Breakfast had a pretty good selection, but ran out if things

It was easy access off the interstate. I cannot recommend this hotel due to major safety and cleanliness issues. The elevator felt completely unsafe and was incredibly dirty. When it arrived at the 1st floor, it made a terrifying, loud noise as if it dropped. The doors failed to open, it shook, and then made the loud dropping noise a second time. When we asked the front desk worker if she heard it, she completely dismissed us, saying, "Oh, it does that all the time."Needless to say, we carried our luggage up the stairs to the 3rd floor for the rest of our stay because management clearly refuses to fix a hazardous elevator. The lack of care extended to our room, where the bathtub was left dirty with hair in it. Additionally, the hotel’s pet policy is poorly managed. They allow pets but scatter them across all different floors. As guests traveling without pets, we were forced to listen to constant dog barking throughout our entire stay. Between the safety hazards and the noise, look elsewhere for a place to sleep.

The staff was friendly but the place wasn’t very well maintained, room was dirty before I even brought my family in … the little details matter and you can just tell they didn’t matter to the staff.

The elevator was downright terrifying. Every time it moved, it made horrible grinding noises that made me feel like it was either going to get stuck between floors or drop straight to the ground. To make matters worse, the inside of the elevator was filthy and smelled awful. The lack of cleanliness carried over into the room as well. When I went to use the bathroom, I found strands of hair left behind in the bathtub. It was incredibly gross and obvious that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

The staff was nice. The location seemed a bit sketchy. Industrial part of town and the doors are locked after 11. If I knew the area was like that I probably would have picked somewhere different with my kids. The beds seemed too soft and I didn't sleep well. The breakfast was hit or miss. One day there was mini pancake sausage corn dog things. None of us liked them. The next day it was eggs and good. In our room there was a reading nook/ bench by the window and there were ants in it!!!!

Hotel was awful. Very dirty. There was bugs in my room Hair in my room. We didn’t even get to stay there. I asked for a refund and they told me now. Very waste of money. Don’t be like me don’t waste your money!

I noticed there was limited staff and had to wait for the food containers to be refilled, but the staff was always friendly.

I stayed here because other reviews were good but I will not be going back. I reserved two rooms. There were dead bugs on the floors of both rooms. The AC didn't work well in one of the rooms. (and it wasn't even one of the really hot days.) The door wouldn't even unlock for us when we first got there. I stood at the front desk for about five minutes waiting for someone to tell while another customer was waiting to see if there were any rooms available at all. I finally went back to my room and called the front desk. She said she was upstairs fixing a TV in another room that wouldn't work. I took my grandson to the pool which was pretty small and there were no pool towels on the shelves but they don't want you taking towels out of your room. We didn't eat breakfast there. The eating area was really small and with how dirty the floors were in the rooms and the carpets in the halls we chose to eat out. In the last ten years or so staying in places, I have not had to think about a fridge being in the room because there is usually one there, not in these rooms. My grandson has insulin so I put it in the ice bucket to keep in cool. I hope others have better luck.

Do not waste your time and money going to this hotel. It was very dirty, the comforter and sheets looked like they had been reused multiple times, there was a funny smell in the room, and stains on the floor. We were tired after a concert and just needed the room to sleep, so we stayed there despite the issues. Plus, I had already prepaid for the room. Now move forward two weeks. I see a charge for a large amount on my bank statement for this hotel keep in mind I had paid through Hotels.com prior, not through them. They told me when I called that this charge was for damages to the room which couldn’t be further from the truth. I am a regular traveler with high ratings on every site that I use. I asked what damages specifically and they told me towels, washcloths, comforters, and sheets, which we didn’t even use. We used the room to sleep for just a few hours and then left because we had a 5 Hour Drive home. We did not even shower! So no need to use any of the towels or washcloths, and I brought my own blanket in, and slept on top of the comforter and my blanket, due to dirty sheets. So they basically told me that they charged me for damages that I did not do, towels that I did not use, sheets that I did not use, and washcloths that I did not use….what a joke. I am so extremely frustrated with this that I will be sure to let everyone know not to use this hotel. I have tried to reach out to the manager over the property and she will not return my calls or emails.

I was close to attractions. The swimming pool was small, and no hot tub. Also the free breakfast was very disappointing.

We loved the breakfast buffet. The staff was very nice.

Overall a great stay for a one-night stop! Elevator was a little scary and the hallways definitely had an odd smell, but the staff were great, and our room was clean and comfortable (but definitely “micro”)!
