Very good

This is our second time staying here. The staff members are so kind. Every time we walked in and out of the front door, they always smiled and greeted us. Some of them tried to make small talk with our shy 2 year old, which was really sweet. The bed was comfortable. We got a room with a couch in it which was a great place to relax once our kid fell asleep in the bed. There's a lot of options for breakfast -- waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy and cereal. My only complaint was that the light switch near the door was somehow connected to TV. If we turned that light off, then we lost signal with steaming and cable services. Not sure if it was just our room that had that issue. It was only a minor inconvenience, so we will be returning next year. The location is very convenient -- its next to a Casey's and right off the interstate and just a short drive to the Omaha Zoo

The bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Trying to brush teeth, the sink was over half full. I refused to sit on the couch in the room. It appeared very dirty and old. A sofa cover definitely would have helped. I loved the motel being pet friendly as it made our trip so much easier. The breakfast bar was wonderful, and the staff was very kind and helpful.

The breakfast choices were the best that we have had. The hot tub was not in working order, there was a man there who stays there frequently, he said that it has been down for over 3 months. If they advertise a hot tub then it needs to be working or at least put something on the website saying that it is not!

Stayed a weekend with my family, lobby was clean and clerk was nice and friendly. Room was good for my family size and for the price. Had some wear and tear, specially in the bathroom. Breakfast was not the best, coffee was basically water. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Staff was nice but… the maintenance man sprayed bug spray up and down the halls, several times a day!! The hot tub was broken and the pool looked questionable. Our room was musty, the curtains had something all over them, and the bedding had orange stains. Multiple families with kids and parents YELLING up and down the halls on the first and second floor.

Our room was infested w ants. They was all over the desk and nightstand and even crawled on me at night! They did try to fix the problem but it didn't work and I was so tired and didnt want to move. There was also not another room that would accommodate my family! There was also something growing in the window seal that I didn't see until the next morning when I opened the curtain! Hands down worst room I've ever stayed in! We rented 3 rooms and the room I stayed in was the only one with the issue so I hope they make it right!

Super helpful front desk.

Unfortunately, our stay was pretty disappointing. The breakfast was overcooked and not very enjoyable. The hot tub was out of order, and the pool was poorly maintained. Our room was on the second floor, and the AC barely worked. We noticed the third floor was even worse, while the main floor seemed to be the only area that was actually cool. On top of that, the vending machines were not working. Overall, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Staff was friendly, room was clean BUT some light bulbs were out and the spout for the shower/tub came off. Don't turn on the heat, it smelled. Don't rely on the casino cab, Uber if iffy there also. Did not try the breakfast, also the doors Slam shut hard and loud.

Our stay was an okay experience overall, but several amenities fell short. The hot tub was out of service, the pool was dirty and unheated despite it sayingit was, and our room's TV did not work. Fixes to these facilities would greatly improve the guest experience.

The property and staff were great. Location was fabulous. The breakfast was look warm to say the least. Everything was barely warm. No towels in pool room. No bedding for sofa sleeper

Having the big room was great but it needed cleaned badly... Most everything

The room we stayed in clearly had an animal in the room before our stay and there was white dog hair all over the carpet. Unfortunately we had checked in so late in the evening with 2 small children that were beyond tired.

The entire place is deteriorating. It needs a new renovation and replacement for the furniture. And when it comes to cleanliness, it’s like a stinky mess had been there before. Never ever coming back again. Hope they renovate the place and replace everything. The location is perfect for travelers.

In the next room, the door was a little difficult to open from the inside, and the bathroom door did not open and close easily either. Again - we chalked it up to being old. We were already told that the hotel had recently gone under new ownership, so okay. Again, dirty lampshades. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, so we slept well. We had food we wanted to warm up, but the microwave didn't work. I asked the front desk if we could use the one in the dining room because of it, and I was told that there were issues with outlets in some rooms. After a long day of walking at the zoo the next day, we were looking forward to the hot tub. Unfortunately, it was still closed. The staff there was extremely pleasant, but based on the condition of the property, I would not recommend it and would likely not stay there again. A+ to the staff though!
