Really nice staff and clean rooms

Stayed one night as we were traveling back home to MN. Overall good stay and affordable. Pool area is ok and breakfast was good. Staff worked very hard to make sure we were happy.

Comfortable, large room, peaceful night's sleep. The night manager was so kind and helpful to this tired traveler. Breakfast was fresh and homemade, no powdered eggs here. Added bonus was fresh watermelon slices this morning 😁

We stayed 2 nights - PROS: Parking was fine, check-in/out staff were friendly, each process simple, bits of the property we frequented seemed safe inside/out, rm was clean, well stocked with towels, plenty of decent quality pillows, most rms around us were filled but we barely heard anything from other guests that weren't passing by in the hallway, bldg has an elevator, bkfst buffet was varied, and our dog was welcome. CONS: Google map shows property on opposite side of road, and property sign at road is broken/missing causing some initial confusion. We were told at check-in the pool was open until 10:30, online says 10, sign posted at pool said 10, I asked to clarify and was again told 10:30, but when we went to the pool at 9:45 that evening we were told they were locking up at 10. There were a cpl of miscommunications with housekeeping/buffet staff - we ran out of rm coffee quick, so we asked for more to restock, one lady said "No", but seemed unsure of herself, so asked another down the hall who said "Yes". Then, on the way back to our room with my bkfst we were told "No food in the room/can't take leftovers from bkfst back with us/ask manager", which clearly isn't true since desk staff handed over our DD dinner delivery order to us the night before, and we saw a mother taking two armfuls of plates from the buffet back to her rm for her kids. Beds are comfortable, but firm, so not great if you're a side sleeper like me.

Disappointing

Price They over charged two extra rooms

Breakfast was epic. Rooms were clean and comfortable. It’s not a new hotel but the price is right and the value is there as you know you get what you pay for and this place is more than adequate. We were all pleasantly surprised.

Staff and breakfast Room was out of date, mold in bathroom
-
The manager was very committed on helping with any issues with the accommodations.

I do not recommend this hotel. We did not even end up staying there. First, the pictures on the website DO NOT match the actual property. Like at all. Second, the guy working the front desk insisted on showing me to my room alone. When I opened the door with the key he had given me, there was someone else’s stuff all over the bathroom counter. The front desk clerk stated he “didn’t know how that stuff got in there” and said if we gave him a minute, he could get it all out. He was just going to take all the stuff out and have us go in! We asked him if the room was clean and he said yes (which it obviously wasn’t). Being as how we were very concerned at this point (because was this other person just going to walk in our room later?) and it was already late at night, we informed the front desk clerk we would not be staying there.

We were in town for the College World Series. Room rates were expensive everywhere, and this was no exception. That is to be expected, though. While not exactly cheap, we found it to be as affordable or more so than other options in the area. It’s not a five-star hotel, so don’t come expecting it (want the Hilton, then stay at the Hilton)! Still, it was a clean, comfortable place to stay, and the staff was very attentive to any needs we had during our three day stay. No restaurants within walking distance, but everything is relatively nearby in the Omaha area. You can be anywhere within 15 minutes. We could be at the stadium in seven or eight minutes.

Absolutely nothing I booked one night here. I called to ask about cancellation policy because I realized I booked the wrong location further away from the stadium. The manager said I couldnt cancel, I said thats fine, we will keep our reservation. We came in a couple hours later to check in (7pm) he said our reservation was cancelled and the room was no longer available. Mind you there was less than 10 cars on the property. I said ok but you charged my card, he said the refund was forthcoming. After two weeks back and forth about the refund, I submitted a dispute with my credit card company. Horrible location, staff and we got a glimpse of the pool where the filters around the pool were clogged so it was just a room full of water in the pool and outside the pool. You're better off staying in an outside camper than this place.
