It was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in! There were hairs on the bed and pop stains on the desk. The worst part was the smell.. it smelled like butt and smoke. I asked for a different room or a refund and the front desk gave me another room. It was the same thing in the second room. Not only that but people on drugs were walking the hall ways. After the second removal I asked to please refund me my money. I could not stand the smell. Luckily, I got a partial refund and was charged for one night. Although I was only there for about 30 to 45 min and wish I could have gotten a full refund...and it took about a week to receive that refund. I recommend no one stays here.

Poorly maintained and scary. Staff was not available to check in or out. Very dirty rooms. There was dead bugs in the bathtub.

Absolutely horrible place to stay. Drug deals happening inside on the stairs and outside the windows. Doors to room don’t shut and create an unsafe environment. Bathroom door locks you in multiple times. Both kids got bites of some sort the first night. Food was left in fridge from previous stay and it smelled awful and leaked on the floor. Overall just bad vibes. Nothing like what was expected and they refuse to refund even though the kids we’re terrified the whole stay!

Nothing about it Everything. There was cockroaches and rooms were not clean at all. Bed sheets were still dirty. Nothing but druggies run this place.

Location to casino Smell, broken windows, stains on wall in room, missing light bulbs, and people sleeping in cars in parking lot
-
The front desk wouldn't help me with getting the person in my room out and wouldn't call the police for me

Didn't like anything about this hotel. The first room we got had black mold on the air conditioner and it smelled like burning. The 2nd room they gave us was no better than the first. The hotel was so dirty and moldy smelling that we went elsewhere.

Nothing The facility is poorly maintained. Management does not care about complaints. The place smells terrible. The side entrances smell like piss. They don’t come clean your room during the day. Breakfast that’s questionable. If you’re looking to watch an episode of cops live this is the best place to be. At one .8 squad cars had someone at gunpoint right outside my window. Another moron was playing their music in the parking lot for hours on end and management just told me to close my window. The second night I was there cops again. So if you’re looking for a safe place to stay this is not it. The place is absolutely terrible. It’s full of crackheads and prostitutes.Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Just say no!!! I will never stay at another quality inn after this visit. It was disgustingly filthy! The front desk couldn't speak English. This is where homeless go. Windows cracked or just busted out. Stained mattress protectors. Wallpaper torn off. Ceiling coming apart. Hair in the shower. Dirt in the corners. Drawers that wouldn't stay shut. Why was the fire alarm covered? Dog poo everywhere outside. Cigarette smoke everywhere inside. Wi-Fi only got two bars. I don't know where their pictures came from but mine tell the real story.
