I like the space of the apartment for a family or friend’s group and the location of the place as it’s near to the center. What I didn’t like the breakfast serves in a basket rather than a buffet so the food always arrived cold and unappetizing. Also that there is no ski in and out you have to go to the snow lodge to ski. Furthermore, the cleaning service and charging you for a new bath robe unless you use the same one all week!

Great service and location. Super friendly hotel staff team and attentive always with a big smile specially Roberto from the reception team. Great ski team at the hotel and in the ski lodge as well. Nothing.

Very good location and service. Big room with lots of factilities and very good spa. Overall very nice rooms, friendly staff and fair pricing. Shuttle service is very convenient and usually not much waiting. Otherwise can usually walk to most places quite conveniently also. Breakfast was a disaster for us.We are vegetarians and dont eat eggs but constantly lots of confusion, mistakes and discussions. They kept sending breakfast of things we don't eat and what we asked they did it one day and not the rest. They just don't understand what vegetarian people eat and then they tried to charge us when we asked for some fruits which caused a lot drama. Staff desperately needs training on basic food diets like vegetarians or what vegans can and cannot eat.

staff was nice as well as rooms were spacious and beds comfortable this is not a hotel type if you are expecting room service and restaurants and a nice bar this hotel doesn’t have it breakfast was also disappointing as it came in a tote the spa was also not to high standards five star hotels

The location was excellent. The spa was nice, the ski lodge and the shuttle service were convenient. The apartment was not very clean. The shower gel holder had something akin to mold in it, and the odor was unpleasant. I believe they simply refilled it without cleaning it. Furthermore, the water pressure in the shower was very low. Breakfast was served in the room and was okay.

Breakfast delivery to room was good. Would prefer a list of available items to select from as we ended up wasting a lot of food which I don't like to do.
