The staff was exceptional super attentive to our needs! Close to the ski slopes, great breakfast lots of healthy options! The restaurant at night was also very good and the person managing it was very sweet! Its a bit dark! Our room had very little light and was in the basement, unfortunately when i booked i did not notice this! In front of our window there was a stair case! However the room was very big which is super important for a ski stay!

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. From the spacious room, to the location, facilities, and super friendly staff. All the front desk team, Valentina and her colleagues, provided excellent service and have always taken the extra mile to make sure we had a great stay at the hotel (and a pleasant visit to Courchevel too!). The hotel have proactively upgraded our room when they learned that we were on out Honeymoon (without having to ask for it!). The shuttle bus crew were always very helpful and friendly and the service was always available whenever needed. The hotel location is very good and close to the ski lifts, restaurants, and cafes. As a couple, visiting Courchevel for the first time, the hotel team (led by Valentina and her entire team) made sure we have an amazing stay and get all the guidance and support we needed. we feel ourself at home , it was wonderfull holiday for us, whatever we asked they got it right away. Hotel Concierge work excellent. thanx to all employees hosting us with smiling face . we definataly recommend this hotel.

staff first of all I had a long 9 hours trip to get to Courchevel . when I reached the hotel the front disk maya ( I think this is her name ) wasn’t friendly at all .. she didn’t even offer us a bottle of water . she was really rude and tired and upset that we arrived late . I didn’t see her smile at all she was so serious and I was so friendly with her when I saw the room I didn’t like it and I asked for up grade coz the room was so small for me . she was so upset that I didn’t like the room she told me that they don’t have available rooms . they are fully booked and she will get back to me later . when I checked through booking .com I saw available rooms through the application ( she never apologised and didn’t get back to us she just ignored our request) the next thing I asked about at personal training for the next day . they told me they are fully booked the next morning and they will double check and inform me ( they didn’t inform me or called me ) the next morning the Pt showed up at 9am I wasn’t ready and never been informed till she arrived .. so we were late . and we had to pay for not shown service that we didn’t inform about the next day I was coming back from amazing long day . one of the front disk was waiting in-front the main door with bills that we have to pay ( not shown service for the spa of the hotel That we didn’t inform about - not by calling or even a small paper msg in our room ) i was shocked. she wasn’t friendly she didn’t ask about our day . and it’s not the right time to talk about payments we have couple of days to stay .. the staff wasn’t friendly at all . not helpful at all . And so rude ! and they added a lot of services that we didn’t take or do on our bill be carful we had to stay 1 hr after the check out to double check the bill and remove the extra things that we didn’t take ! .. it’s a 5 star hotel but the service will make you feel like it’s a 1 star hotel . they made feel uncomfortable at all .

I chose this hotel for the Alpin design and above all because it does not have many rooms, in this period I prefer safety. And indeed all my expectations and requests were met. There is probably some maintenance in the rooms, as this is not a new hotel.

The room was great, nice little spa. The staff are what makes this a great hotel, the team working for Flavien are just excellent and so friendly Fire Place not used
