The overall cleanliness was poor, but the carpet was especially dirty—it looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. It made the whole room feel uncomfortable and unhygienic.

Left the room after a night. Had no water, couldn’t use the restroom, shower. Couldn’t get a reply from the facility eit

The bar area is nice with the lid chimney at night that added to the nice atmosphere. They also have reserved slots for parking just across the street. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. The bathroom and bedrooms could have been larger relative to the price we paid. Some fences on the balcony were broken. No water was provided in the room.

The location and traditional French breakfast were great. The lodge is conveniently situated on the main street of Courchevel, making it easy to access. However, the rooms are outdated… Stained walls and carpets, broken door handles, and heavy smell on chemicals. One tiny heater is not enough to keep the room warm during the night when temperatures drop. Extra working heater was provided only in the next day. Overpriced for a ** star lodge, given the room and service. Poor wi-fi. Upon booking the property, I’ve requested a twin room. On arrival we were given a double. In addition, while paying extra for an early check-in we were allowed to check-in only after 16:00 h.

Overall, the lodge feels overpriced for a ** star establishment, considering the condition of the room and the level of service. Parking is nearby at €15 per night.

THE LOCATION. This is a great little gem in the otherwise vast expanse of over-indulgence that is Courchevel. It is nestled in a fantastic location: a 5 minute walk from all the important places at 1850: the ground transportation hub, bus depot, the super swanky shopping area, the ski hub (La Croissete, where there are several lifts, ski rental, lift tickets, ski instruction, and great outdoor cafes where you can watch the action on the slopes). THE AMAZING STAFF. They are really devoted to taking care of the guest. Their super friendly helpfulness and attention to detail is unparalleled, from the wide variety of room amenities provided, the superb linens, the comfortable bed, the snacks and coffee in the room to the overall cleanliness. The excellent free breakfast, and the cozy bar where you won’t pay the typical exorbitant Courchevel 1850 prices. Not enough English channels on the TV.
