No hit water, photos are deceiving. This is not a beachfront hotel nor is the pool on the beach. The breakfast average at best and food quality was poor. Also not enough seating on beach for guests.….…

New facilities. Great buffet breakfast and nice beach area with dedicated bar. Our first night the mini fridge broke. We tried contacting the front desk but the phone didn’t work/didn’t have instructions to call. I tried finding the hotel number online but was directed to other hotels in other cities I assume under the same brand. Had to physically go down to the front desk to get help with the fridge. The shampoo dispensers in the shower were empty. Service at the restaurant could be improved. I sat and waited to be served for over 20 minutes and watched the staff walk by while I was the only person at a table. I eventually left and got food next door.

Location was great. The beach is probably the best in Coveñas, super clean and without any debris. Staff was super nice. Rooms are on the small size and there are not many places to leave clothes, luggage etc.

Beach is in front of the hotel and it had plenty of parking, a big pool, great breakfast service and two bars. One at the beach and the other in the lobby. Salt water isn’t the greatest to brush your teeth.
