The hotel Oceanview, the staff, restaurant and breakfast buffet, the pools, and complimentary airport shuttle were all wonderful features. There were not enough staff working at the hotel. The wait was long for everything. The music was very loud at the pools and on the beach that ruined the tranquil ambience setting.

location, the beach access, parking, pet friendly, cleanliness of the rooms and hotel, the beach had so much garbage, it broke my heart. didn't get to use the bikes, but that is a great idea! With some fine tuning, especially with the eco friendly message, it could be a cooler and conscience place to stay. price, breakfast, mold, unacceptable garbage on the beach, partiers until 3am = noisy, different music on roof top than in the bar, charge for my service animal. Where is the delicious Colombian food? The arepas were mediocre, the eggs, meh and the coffee and the chocolate blah.
