Very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel well located for visiting the Cathederal Restaurant was very quiet for dinner. The decor of the restaurant was a little austere.

Big, comfortable room, bed was large and comfy as well. Loved the decor with the old wood panelling and furniture. Good location in the centre of Coventry Breakfast was included but could have been of a better standard for this type of hotel offering. It was fine, just a bit uninspiring!

I love the use of the telegraph paper building. I thought it was clever, resourceful, and very pretty. I thought the check-in area was a bit clinical, but it was still very nice
