Nice hotel. Appears new. Very clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast good (but too few staff and they were overwhelmed).

This hotel is in a great location just minutes away from the Covington square aka Mystic Falls. The area is very nice and feels safe. There is shopping and food places close by. The water pressure is fantastic. It’s very clean and up to date. The bar/restaurant is nice and very convenient in the lobby. We have another trip planned in Oct and will stay here again.

Amazing staff!!! Fridge didn’t work and caused all the food we purchased to bring home to Florida to spoil. Light next to bed didn’t work, outlet in bathroom kept shutting down and not working, crack in window.

A great, last minute, weekend stay. The front desk staff was understanding that we would be driving in late and they held our room for us. The room was clean and I love that the bed was against the bathroom wall and not the wall that’s connected to the next room. Will definitely stay again when I come back into town.

We were there for three nights and we loved our stay. The pool area was nice, we spent a whole afternoon at the pool. The ladies at the front desk was always so polite when we needed anything.
