AC worked well. Bed slept good. I asked for a non smoking room. At the door of the room was a stairs with a bucket filled with sand for cigarette butts. People smoked in front of the room. When entering the room we could immediately smell smoke. The smoke alarm was disconnected and placed in the nightstand. There was also cigarette burns on the bathtub. The ceiling had several water stains from a leaking roof. The light fixture at the desk did not have a light bulb. The entire property was trashy. I am sensitive to cigarette smoke. As a customer, I expect to get what I book, a non smoking room. Hotels should have a punch list and correct what needs to be repaired in rooms.

Electrical issues NEED addressed immediately, as there are serious safety concerns. This what brought to the manager, who showed little interest. So, daily cleaning of rooms was fine. They did good work.

The front desk canceled my reservation because I checked in late, although the room was already paid in full thru Expedia. The hotel required me to had to pay them directly to keep the room and ask Expedia for a refund. I contacted Expedia but was told it would need to be escalated to another department and I would hear back soon.

Staff made me leave at 1 am room had mold I fixed it. Bathroom had hairs everywhere fridge was dirty toilet was filthy. Sheets where dirty had hairs b the bed. My last day there was horrible.

WiFi barely works room wasn’t cleaned properly I had to clean my own room an manager tells me to go at 1 am when I always pay.

I had to wait till late to pay for my room and they wouldn’t even wait they had me check out at 1 am in the morning when everyone was sleep an I was willing to pay extra in the morning. Amy other hotel I stayed at would of let me do so they had mold n the room but I fixed it bathroom was filthy but I cleaned it they gave me stained towels but I washed them an removed the stains bed sheets where dirty
