Rooms were nice and breakfast staff was pleasant. Fridge was broken, grills were nasty, you had to pay for washer/ dryer and they need to turn the A/C in the hallways. It was very humid throughout the hallways

Very helpful and attentive staff and hotel room (studio) had plenty of room to stretch out for out family of 4. Would def return if we return to Covington in the future.

Great lodging. Loved the room size and layout. It was great for four grown women to get dressed and ready for an event. It was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Coming back next year staying in the same place.

The property is clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the room was spacious. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t keep up well, and the room was warm until the middle of the night. The bed and pillows are also some of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. The pillows were extremely flat and the bed had no cushion. If I had drove versus flying and could take it home, I would have bought a pillow at the store. Highly recommend if you prefer not to sleep flat.

Rooms were very spacious and very convenient with full fridge, microwave, and a cooktop. Also pots and dishes were available. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Complimentary breakfast is good also!

Staff was super friendly and personable, the room was much larger than I expected we had a fridge and kitchen, beds were super comfortable and room was clean and neat. Breakfast was fantastic every morning for a hotel breakfast The air conditioner or either the drain in the shower made a draining noise every so often and did bother us some but it was not a deal breaker

Loved the full size fridge and dishwasher that came in handy! Beds were a little more firm than we like but not uncomfortable, just personal preference here. Adequate but basic toiletries and breakfast selection. Easy parking and quick check in.
