This eas dirty and bad. For that price I could have stayed anywhere else Dirty, disorganized.

We liked having the pool and air conditioning. The football table was fun too! Very near bus stop which is convenient. They also accommodated early check in which was fantastic!!! There was a discrepancy over whether breakfast was included and we ended up being charged and then I was told to email the manager for a refund and haven’t heard anything. The breakfast is pretty expensive at $20 and that included kids. Hoping I get that $80 returned.

Staff was good ? No heater while we got freeze outside temperature was 0 and room was so chilled when we asked they said heaters No working No TV channels working lights were also poor and bed was so uncomfortable and very disappointing with the name if hotel and place our vacation with kids got spoiled ??

Room was a decent size, pool was good. Lots of car parking spaces First day we arrived lots of flies in the room we was given. However staff were helpful in changing our room. The breakfast was poor not much of a selection especially for people who are vegetarian. Scrambled eggs only everyday no beans only bacon.

Excellent free parking, smooth check in, great facilities and added bonus of the resident cat which made my daughter very happy.

The location is perfect. It is well connected to Paris center with public transportation. The hotel is located next to a beautiful lake and green area. The hotel facilities are a bit rusty and it's time to renovate. Breakfast is plain and lack of vegetables.

The hole trip thing was beautiful , Paris is beautiful, hotel location was amazing, the hotel it self not so much, its outdated, needs a lot of improvement. Specially for the location people would expect to have something much better but was all good in all.

The room was small The room was hot and too much noise coming from outside when I opened the window for air

Hotel is good, a standard Novotel. Clean and big rooms. Not much around, bar a petrol station about 5 mins away. Resturant on site, a little limited in variety of meals for pescatarians.
