The restaurant and breakfast was great.

Maintained styling and beautifully kept , staff friendly helpful

The staff was super friendly. The property was clean and well maintained. It was good they had an onsite restaurant as there was no other food close by. The food in the restaurant was good, not exceptional, but good. They had a great little area to sit and play some gin rummy also. There was no AC, but opening the window and using a fan sufficed.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The food at dinner and at breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel and service exceeded my expectations. Parking was available and free.

The hotel is nice. The food at the restaurant is great, especially the Thai green curry. But best of all the staff is juat lovely and helpful. Shout out Liam and Izzie especially. The drying room is also great for getting your wet hiking gear ready for the next day. A great place to crash

The staff were absolutely amazing! Warm and welcoming, even organized a last minute birthday cake and candle for me overnight ❤️ The room was spacious and spotless with everything the heart desires. We enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely come back when we come through the area again.

The only thing good about the place was the breakfast. The evening meal was awful and they were going to charge me 10% tip. The bedroom was poor, the carpet was stained, there was nowhere to put your clothes in and the bathroom was a joke, it was like two wardrobe doors that you stepped through into the tiniest bathroom ever. You couldn't even towel yourself dry without smashing your arms on the walls.

The food was hot and tasty and the service was great.

1st we were caught in the awkward position of an argument between the receptionist and a guest over parking. While I was standing to finalize payment for the room this argument broke out and we stood there patiently waiting for our keys. 2nd we were in the room and while one of us were finishing showering the water wouldn't shut off and the drain was too slow so we were panicked that it would overflow and called the desk only to be told that the maintenance wouldn't be available until morning. Between 3 of us we finally got it shut off. 3rd the other 2 of us took a chance on starting the shower again but the hot water never came on and our showers were icy cold. We are hiking the West Highland Way and had just finished a 15 mile day, all we wanted was an easy check in, and a warm shower before bed, we got neither
