Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles Westside

I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, and this was one of the worst experiences. The location was convenient and the hotel was relatively clean, but the service was terrible. Despite advertised daily housekeeping, my room was never cleaned with a two night stay. Calls to guest services and the front desk went unanswered, and when I went downstairs for towels, several other guests were doing the same. There were not enough towels for everyone. I asked for more body wash and I was also told by Nancy at the front desk that the hotel was running low on body wash, which is unacceptable. The lack of service and poor management completely overshadowed any positives. I would not stay here again.

I had items stolen from my room and reported it to the front desk on the only day I allowed maid service. I never heard from mgt or anyone else regarding the theft.

The property’s location is great! The breakfast has limited choices , no vegetables. The staff is wonderful , especially the front desk manager Frank, he is super friendly and helpful, has a great service attitude , very impressed.

$27 a night for parking per car. Housekeeping came 5 out 7 nights. Pool was fun and gym was clean. Rooms were okay nothing special.

The parking was the least expensive of all of the areas hotels. The room was a little on the smaller side, but it was perfect for just a quick overnight stay.

The person at the front desk was friendly until I was asked if I was a member which I wasn’t. At that point I was given the key cards and he turned away. Fortunately I had stayed there last year so I knew where the elevator was and how to use the WiFi. There is the Westfield mall within walking distance with lots of restaurants.

I had an exceptional visit. Not one complaint. The check-in and check-out process was simple and easy. They gave me a bottle of water upon arrival. Parking is secure and simple. I stayed three nights over the weekend and never had to park too far from the entrance. My room was pristine, the a/c was crisp, no funky smells and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. I had zero complaints. My favorite part is that it is only a few minutes from jumping on the freeway. Super accessible to so many places in town. I will most definitely be staying again.

Enjoyed the outdoor heated pool. In a safe area and near plenty of shops and restaurants. 5 min drive. Noa at the front desk was the best! Friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. Provided tips on where to go sightseeing and local spot to eat was spot on. Thank you 🙏
