Outdoor area front and rear. Balcony windows Car park Pillows were very hard. Room hot at night, unable to open windows due to noise of air conditioning units. Breakfast sausage wasn't nice.

The Hotel and the location are great as we traveled by train and then bus and the bus stopped right outside the hotel which was fantastic. The staff were exceptional and friendly and the breakfast was top class. We return here time and time again. The nightly stays could be slightly cheaper as we paid £300 for the two nights plus the cost of our dog. N/A

The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the lake . The food from breakfast to evening meals were all really nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Helen who helped us out on a couple of occasions.

We knew we had booked a small room but it was really comfortable, clean and well decorated. Really good tea ,coffee, and biscuits in the room. When I asked for a second chair for watching TV, it arrived promptly and without any negativity. Food was good, well cooked and and the staff were great, really chatty without being a nuisance. Beds and bedding were very comfortable and super clean. Duvets and pillows perfect. I could not fault it. It was a pleasure to stay

Breakfast was okay. The rom was comfortable and clean. It was bank holiday weekend and the staff seemed exhausted. The area was unpleasantly overcrowded.

The location was great. Lots of choice for breakfast On the evening because we hadn't booked a table for food we're told we could only have a seat inside for 30 mins. We then couldn't get served even when not busy. Served people on other side of bar
