Air-conditioning was not working Fridge was not working My Sunday was all about moving to a next room That Sunday I had my son birthday celebration it was a mess....I'm very disappointed ?

Resort needs to b updated. All excursions were only wednesday thru saturday while i was there sunday, monday and tuesday. The resort had limited food options on monday. The jaccuzi on the balcony needs to b cleaned

Everything, is my favorite place ever ❤️ The front desk girls are amazing, they always make me feel like family. That I couldn’t stay longer, because I got to work.

Location The hotel is old and needs a serious upgrades. Toilet seat was sliding off upon sitting. Room barely had outlets. No coffee or tea was available. Wifi barely worked

Nice room. Maid was nice. The hot tub didn't work. WTF? It was shown in the pictures. Maybe false advertising? Check in personnel was NOT friendly, like SXM is. Did not have enough beach towels. They were often out of towels.

The staff were pleasant and the view was amazing. The outdated hot tub on balcony should be removed. Don’t believe it worked and it was wasted space.

I didn't get the breakfast but I enjoyed the stay the room was excellent staff was nice and the amenities I got were amazing I wish I got the jacuzzi to work but none the less it was worth it will be back again The jacuzzi didn't work

Island inside the pool and the view from the balcony, that’s it Outdoor jacuzzi wasn’t working, terrace was dirty, there was no plugs near the beds, reception staff couldn’t accommodate any requests. I couldn’t find a beach near by, had to walk far away
