Sonesta Ocean Point All Inclusive, Adults Only Resort

Extremely clean. Staff very helpful. They constantly checking on any needs. Friendly and gracious. Wish I could see more high quality in the US like I saw there. They were top shelf in all areas Wish they had a hot tub next to the pools. There was none on the grounds.

The location is so close to the airport and all of our excursions That the rooms don’t have USB ports to charge electric devices like phones, cameras and watches

Confortable room with nice view common areas poorly clean , but very kind and gentle people everywhere . service very nice .

Actually place

We loved this resort! The all-inclusive was great and the restaurants were very good. Because Ocean Point is adult only, it had nice energy and a more upscale vibe. We took our mid-20s son and a buddy, both of whom are studying aviation, and they were thrilled to see all the planes coming in each day with great views from the balcony. Everything was well kept and the staff was friendly and accommodating. It's also nice that the adult side can access Sonesta Maho Beach resort right next door for food and music as well. Although we didn't really use them , there were restaurants and shops in walking distance right outside the resort. We only stayed for a few days before heading over to the French side for the rest of our trip but we definitely could have stayed longer! Pretty much nothing..

The easy access to everything.

The staff is wonderful. Always pleasant and helpful. The proximity to other options outside of the resort. The best food option is the buffet. The food isn’t the best. It’s a very restrictive property. The airplanes coming in and you going out. At first it was cute but soon became very annoying

Breakfast buffet very good. restaurants open for breakfast, lunch and dinner later. Bar opens at 10:00am. Should open at 9:00am

I loved the location, close to the airport, walkable to local cool spots, not too far for navigating the island. It was a little outdated, food was just okay not great, elevator took a long time and long waits for food

Amazing location, comfortable rooms and great food Nothing

The food was excellent. Drinks were good as well. The king size bed in the Butler Suite could have been more comfortable. It was somewhat hard.

I didn't like nothing The security was very slow to understand that are to ocean point, and we waited 10 for pickup to drop us to the front desk to check in from the security checkpoint. Sadly It was not even busy with guests, so I was wondering what's was talking so long for the Gulf cart to pick us up. When we finally reached the checkin front desk. We were told that the new credit card machine doesn't accept our cards, we are very shocked by this, I even more because I planned this stay for my wife's birthday. She was trying to be happy, but she was extremely saddened by this type of service. I really can't believe it to this day that this happened to us.
