the whole package. its not for free and what one may expect for the price, but considering competition to us it stands out. not applicable. all cool.

I didn’t not like the hotel room
-
Good resort. Did have to change rooms due to smell, but the resort did great with accommodating me

Great pool, close to airport. Room was not ready at check in time 4pm instead we had to wait 2hours while constantly asking for updates. Front desk staff was extremely rude to us and other guests who were also waiting for their rooms that were not ready at check in time. There was no wifi in the room until the next day when we were leaving (I have pictures for proof). When inquiring about it we were told by reception that servers were down and it would be up and running momentarily (we were told the same line at 7pm and at 10pm and 12am. Also the rooms were falling apart not up to par for the $600/night.

The property was clean. And I love the location. Right across from the airport and located next to everything. The views were wonderful. I have no dislikes

I liked the location and view from my room The cleanliness and staff attitude

The property was really nice. Beautiful decor when entering the property, amazing view of the pool and ocean. Good food and majority of staff were friendly. They also have a welcome drink which was nice! Staff took longer than expected with providing room key. Requested a possible high floor but was told nothing was available without checking the system for validation. The bathroom was not fully clean. Leftover floss pick which was gross to see and the ceiling tile was moved which gave creepy vibes. It almost made me think the room hadn’t been checked in a while.

The pool, the food In English: After staying at Morgan Resort, I cannot recommend it to travelers who are looking for a hotel or resort experience that matches its price point and advertised standard. The property is modern, the rooms are attractive, and everything looks great in the photos. Unfortunately, once the initial visual impression fades, it becomes clear that the service falls well below what should be expected from a 4-star hotel. The biggest issue is the staff. With the exception of the valet attendants and one waitress who were genuinely friendly and professional, the service throughout our stay felt cold, indifferent, and at times uncomfortable. I am not expecting luxury-level pampering or excessive friendliness. I am talking about basic hospitality standards that should be normal at any hotel in this category. The overall impression is that there is a significant lack of customer service training and a weak service culture throughout the property. What disappointed me most was the poor value for money. Our stay cost approximately USD 3,500. At that price point, I expected a genuine resort experience. Instead, it felt more like renting a modern apartment in a condominium with a pool. Nice to look at, but lacking the service, atmosphere, and hospitality that justify premium rates. I travel frequently and have stayed at many hotels around the world, which gives me a solid basis for comparison. For the same budget, I would have much rather rented a high-end Airbnb or private villa with more space, greater privacy, better amenities, and ultimately a more enjoyable experience. If your only priority is staying in a modern property close to the airport, this hotel may be sufficient. However, if you are looking for a true resort experience, quality hospitality, professional service, and a stay that feels worth the money, I would strongly recommend exploring other options before booking.

Close to the airport Free shuttle service to the airport. Drivers were very nice No access to the beach Swimming pool is old and the water is not clean…..water marks on the walls which have not been cleaned. Disappointing outdoors. Restaurant food expensive and not good. The arugula and pear salad was awful with cheese that was too ripe and the pear was a mash (not fresh/ compote in a jar instead). Breakfast baguette was uncooked inside.

We loved the view, at the property. The hospitality was miraculous. We received assistance on time and correctly. The facility was very clean. We did have a wait for our room upon check-in. The property had no complaints on my end. It was perfect.

Location was excellent, just 5 minutes away from airport with shuttle service. The facilities were modern, and both food and drinks were very good - food portions are generous. The pool/cabana and bar service was great - special thanks to Miriam and Omar, who were very friendly and attentive throughout our short stay. The pool area itself is beautiful, especially with the oceanfront setting that gives spectacular views. The hot tub is also a great feature that added to the overall experience. Our rooms did not include bathrobes or slippers, amenities that are commonly provided at many medium to large hotels today. We had booked two ocean-view rooms; however, the ocean view was only partial and visible mainly from the side, which was somewhat disappointing. Prior to our stay, I informed the hotel that we were celebrating my partner’s birthday and asked whether the hotel offered any complimentary special touches to help make the occasion more memorable. The response I received was an email outlining only paid package options. This was disappointing, particularly as other hotels we stayed at during our trip provided thoughtful complimentary gestures such as a bottle of sparkling wine, balloon decorations, and handwritten birthday note.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast There was a sewage smell coming from the pipes in our bathroom While the food was very good and the service was excellent, the price for a breakfast was very high

A special thank you to Nyell at check-in, who truly made our stay extra special with such a warm and welcoming attitude. Luke from driving services was also incredibly kind and professional. Everyone we encountered was friendly, attentive, and amazing. We loved everything about our stay and certainly will be back! Highly recommend this beautiful resort to anyone visiting St. Maarten. I loved everything

Let's start by saying the resort is lovely - one of the best Pools I've stayed at. I love to watch planes so we loved the location near the airport (& the noise of planes doesn't affect your stay). The rooms are lovely and the hotel is in an ideal spot for Bars and Restaurants - all just a short walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms clean and comfortable. Can't say enough how great the pool area looks. I felt this hotel is aimed at younger people - we're in our late 50s and the noise of the music that's blasted out by the pool spoiled our stay. I'm sure younger guests like this but we found a reason to go somewhere else when the music started which is a shame as it really is a lovely resort / pool area. The only other down side was it's hard to find shade when the sun is super hot.

Location ,Amenities and Staff Missing grout on floor tiles and bathroom ceiling was bubbling and peeling due to water leak above

The location was awesome for plane spotting very close to Maho Beach, and the rooftop observation deck was awesome. Great location for walking to restaurants and the Maho Market for snacks etc. Pool was very nice and water slide for the kids was a hit. Servers at the pool were awesome and very attentive. Food was great, a little pricey but most of the time quality matched the price. Free valet parking for the rental car was a nice touch. Rooms were fine nothing special. We booked a penthouse suite and got stuck in a corner room which has only half a view for the same price which was kind of rip off in my opinion. Our check-in was supposed to be 4pm but we didn’t get into the room until almost 5 with no apologies or anything. Then we asked for a late check-out they basically laughed at us saying no. The suit living room could’ve had more amenities for a mini bar kitchenette type situation. Most annoying thing was the bathroom lights were on a motion sensor only. They gave you toiletries only on the first day and never refilled them unless asked and they were tiny. The worst part was the mattress was hard and the bedding and towels always had some stains on them and weren’t very well maintained and were also not that soft. Mattress was pretty firm with flimsy towels. They give you two free Voss waters when you get in the room which was nice…. Until they put three new ones in our room (that we didn’t ask for) and proceeded to charge us for them.
