Location and staff was very friendly. Rooms are small and although we paid for a view, the very side back of The building isn’t exactly what we had hoped for and I wonder where in the building those that’s done pay for the view are? Seems all rooms have a room as minimally as ours was. Maybe the way it’s presented isn’t exactly correct. Unfortunately smoke smell was very very very strong! Were they smoking in the next room? I don’t know! In the hall? I don’t know but the smoke smell was stagnate and also happening in current time. Unfortunate as those of us hypersensitive find that difficult to feel well in.

The room - it has two balconies: one is able to see the river entrance, great view. The room has plenty of storage: two big cabinets for clothes and small suitcases; also a small closet for other small items. The bathroom has open a window and a door to the balcony. It would be much better to put a few hooks beside the shower. The location a little bit too far from super markets.

Location is fantastic - views from the window for big boats, place to swim in Elbe river mouth just next to the hotel, sandy beach short walk away, cycling paths.

The staff let us in early . It had good bike storage. Great views from our window The double bed was enclosed by the wardrobes on each side. Kept bumping them

The location of the hotel was good and cozy rooms I booked a room with see view but the view was a side view not a direct one I saw the road and the other hotels and only side of the sea even though I only wanted to see the Sea. The breakfast buffet is not that diverse the bread sorts are limited and not delicious. As a person who doesn't eat Pork I would have prefered more details about the sort of each kind of meat and salami presented in the buffet.

The location is very good, the area very quiet next to the waterfront. I cheked in at 11am, however I couldn't get the key at that time which was ok with me. After spending the day with relatives I got to the hotel at about 20:15 and found everything closed. A guest let me in at a side door but we could not find any Hotel personal. Finally one of guest who were very helpful found a small notice at the door with an emergency phone number which we had not seen because of poor lighting. I called and was directed to a key safe which also was poorly lit. There I had to type in a code which I could only do with the help of an other guest who put his cell phone light on. I finally got to my room by 21:45, exhausted and upset. I will not stay in this hotel again.
