The water in the shower wasn’t really hot and the smell when we entered the room was bad.

We booked this hotel at the last minute because we had an early flight out of Cusco and getting from Urubamba early in the morning would've been difficult. I wasn't sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. The room was great! We were able to grab dinner at the pizzeria close and the breakfast included with our stay the following morning was wonderful. Not as centrally located if you're looking to explore Cusco and the Plaza, but close to the airport and a wonderful place to stay. We didn't have any issues with our stay at this hotel. The hotel itself was great and made getting to the airport very easy for an early morning flight. No complaints at all.

The staff were excellent and really attentive! Rocio Hadalgo was the kindest person we've met on our trip so far, we stayed in Aquas Calientes for 2 nights and re-booked the hotel for our return to Cusco and she had the bags in our room waiting for us on our arrival. Our train back from AC was delayed so we didn't arrive in Cusco until 10:45pm and she was kind enough to agree to have food for us as we didn't have the chance to eat! Incredible customer service throughout arranging breakfasts for 3/4am to take with us on our day tours and booking taxis to the airport at 4am and even haggling a discount for us! 10/10 Service! The rooms are super comfortable and clean and we couldn't have asked for more from a hotel! Only thing is the location is further out from the centre so you need to Uber/Taxi into the centre every time.

The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. The lobby was exceptionally clean. The room was cozy. The receptionist was very kind and always accommodating when helping us make travel plans. The instant hot water in the shower and the water pressure was absolutely amazing. Had an amazing time and I would definitely go back to those hotel. The breakfast was pretty limited. It wasn't bad there just wasn't much to choose from. Adding more protein such as different meats. Was mostly fruits and bread. However what was served did taste good. Would like just a little more variety. But it would not determine from going back. this is a great hotel

A, breakfast was ok. The room was very cold.

The hotel is near the center. Staff speak English and you have wifi in your room Due to the riots(that's what they say) there was no hot water. I had to ask, but even that I had to have a cold shower. The hotel is near to a crowded street so you hear cars till late at night and from early morning. They gave me a 10 PM wake-up call, and in the morning they didn't know why and who does that. "luxury" breakfast means coffee, tea, a smoothie, and 2 old bagels with butter and jam. The hotel is overpriced, wifi is slow.

The staff was very friendly. We loved the fact that they let us store our luggage ? at the hotel for two days while we took the train to Machu Picchu (the train does not allow luggage). On our arrival to the hotel after Machu Picchu the restaurant prepared and served a great meal to our family, even though it was pretty late and we were the only diners. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Everything was fine!

Not always you can find quiet and comfort when you’re away. But Hotel Agustos in Cusco does offer that sense of being safe and at home. It isn’t just for the comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. It is the extra miles that the hotel staff are running to take care of you. If you just returned from walking the Inca Trail, or if you came from to attend relative in the nearby hospital, in Hotel Agustos you can be sure you will recover. My wife stayed at the hotel for six nights, during an intense week besides her mother at the hospital. We are very grateful for the care and support the hotel staff have provided. Whenever we will need to stay in Cusco, we will surely return to Hotel Agustos.
