Hotel Paradis Suite - Cusco

They clean, comfortable room and very pleasant staff. The breakfast was not well maintained. They kept running out of things that they didn't restore.

Unfortunately the water wasn’t able to be turned on in our room when we first arrived around 8 pm. We went out for dinner and it was working when we came back but it only worked for twenty minutes and then turned off again. Unfortunately I was not able to shower during this time and by the time they said it would be back in I had to be asleep for an early flight in the morning. The staff was incredibly kind and were very much on it but it did make for some inconvenience.

The room was great Location is not close enough to city centre and the hot tub was cold and nowhere near full enough

Beds and rooms / bedroom jacuzzi was nice. Pool and hot tub and bar area not very impressive

-Smelled weird -Water seeping through the bathroom floor and when we asked for another towel they kept putting it on the carpet? -had to ask multiple times for enough fresh towels and toilet paper -would drop off laundry before 10am but had to ask for it back after 9pm -there were so many opportunities for small improvements, like having a dish to put the soap on in the bathroom - I feel mislead by the accommodations offered at this location, it said there was fridge and there wasn’t -walls were to thin we could hear everyone above below and beside us -kids would yell and slam doors in the evening, but there was a note on those doors saying staff was staying there, does the staff live in the hotel?

NO HOT WATER. i had to ask for towels. room was cold. Elevator took forever. They didn't speak english - i checked out 2 days early and they wont refund me

Location and price

I really enjoyed that the property was just 15mins or less away from the city by uber. The amenities are not modern but everything works well.

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and the showers were hot. The breakfast was enjoyable. The sauna and steam were amazing great to help deal with the cold and altitude. Our laundry got mixed up but all was recovered. And there was an accident on the 9th floor that caused our room to flood with water. However we did get upgraded to a better room and a free bottle of water.

Our room was upgraded and We love it..!! Jacuzzi work one day...I want to use it again, but just cold water came out...

Not much honestly, the restaurant had good fried chicken The bed was so hard and the room we were in seemed brand new as it still smelled like paint and chemicals from the new carpet possibly. The tub had very low water pressure so we did not even try to use it. It was more for decoration. I slept terribly as the bed and pillows were so hard.

No hot water. Strange vibe.

Limited pool hours to the extent that we weren’t even able to use the facilities as each time we tried after 5pm, we were told it still wouldn’t be open for another half an hour or so.

Cheap

Good basic breakfast, good laundry service. My room was small and had no windows. Parts of the hotel including my room had a kerosene/ chemical odour which felt quite noxious. Water for showers was cold; after repeated requests, hot water was provided.
