Florida del Inca Hotel is a 10-minute drive from the commercial area of El Sol Avenue, Plaza de Armas Square, and from Velazco Astete Airport. La Florida neighborhood is safe and convenient to reach the main tourist attractions, we are located in front of a children’s playground and a football court. We offer a clean, quiet, and cozy atmosphere, free Wi-Fi, hot water, room service, and airport transfer. Also, laundry services are available upon request, and free parking is possible at a location nearby. At the reception, a tour desk can arrange tours, excursions, and bicycle rentals. Our rooms feature a private bathroom with a shower, a seating area, a safety deposit box, and a TV. Room service is provided.

The hotel is a family-owned and run business. The owner, his son, wife, and cousin were all there at one time or another and always warmly welcomed us, offered us some muna tea for altitude sickness, and catered to our very early schedule for breakfast. They also brought me some hot water with salt to gargle with as I had a sore throat, as well as a heater since I had a chill, part of the cold I caught in Machu Picchu. There wasn't anything they did not address when we asked. I stayed in this hotel 8 years ago, and it is run by the same people; they are delightful and that's the biggest reason I returned.

This is a family-run hotel, and they are all so kind, helpful, accommodating for all our situations, like getting up at very early times and providing coffee and a delicious breakfast, bringing me hot water and salt so I could gargle for my sore throat, and a heater as I was chilly due to the cold I was getting. We were greeted each time we arrived, and we were offered a lovely cup of muna or coca tea that helps with the high altitude of Cusco. They offer a ride to and from the airport for 30 soles, about $10 US, compared to the taxis at the airport that were $20 US., which is anywhere between 5 minutes at 5 am or 15 minutes in times of high traffic. I stayed at this hotel 8 years ago, and I returned due primarily to the friendly host and nice accommodations. It's a nice hotel and comfortable if you are in and out on half or full day tours, or just walking around and partaking in the food or museums. I highly recommend... For the price, accommodations, and kindness of the owner and his family I met this time; his wife, son, and cousin. They were all lovely.

Very comfortable bed Helpful staff, even went to pick up some dinner for me. I had an early flight, the señor of the hotel brought me to the airport for 20 soles. Muy amable! Hairdryer is a plus Hotel shower The 1st room I had where I didnt feel like cold at night. My room was on the 4th floor but theres a lift Had to go in the bath to shower, might be a bit difficult for elderly. Should have more towels for the shower.

The couple operating the property were incredibly helpful and kind! We had a delicious breakfast catered exactly as we wanted. We really enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed the hospitality and warm welcome that Efrain offers as you walk through the doors. Clean, spacious room with very comfortable beds and large windows providing great views of the city. Location to a variety of nearby restraunts. This family own and run hotel offers all the amenities that of other hotels at a fraction of the price. On average, it costs about 2.50 taxi ride into the city center. The hotels also offer various multiple day and overnight tour packets with the convenience of hotel pickup. Breakfast was filling and delicious. The best part of the experience is learning about Pervian culture that Efrain offers. This experience will bring me back to this hotel during my next visit.

Wonderful service. Breakfast was delicious and the owners were kind, helpful and welcoming. Large comfortable room with natural light.

We had a great stay for 4 nights. Our room was spacy with a nice bathroom. Shower was hot. The host was really nice and helped us whenever we we had questions. WiFi was mediocre because our room wasn't near the router. Little noise of the road, but that was because our room was on the roadside.

The owners are very sweet and helpful. They can give you rides around Cusco for a small price. Rides to the airport are included in the cost. Food was amazing and I loved everything about staying at this hotel.
